A simple oil change on appointment took 1 hr 30 mins. I came at the time of my appointment and they still took 90 mins for my oil change. That is not decent service at all. And after I told the manager of some car fixes I was waiting to fix, because I feared it would be expensive, the manager(who is a really nice person...i guess all salesmen are too nice and smooth) also casually tried to get me to just get a Midas credit card. Honestly? Are you kidding? So I should just pick up a credit card to pay for my car fixes, etc, when I only came for an oil change. I give them 1 star because they were expensive, you should not take 90 mins for an oil change, and you should stop the upsells and Midas credit card offer. I am tired of American businesses being ripoffs and greedy, and nobody ever really leaving with a smile. I dont plan to ever go back.

Super friendly staff. Highly recommend this place. Window fell through the door and they got us in right after the holidays. Super transparent about what needed to be done and what they were doing the whole time. Previous review: Fantastic service. Immediately spotted the issue that multiple places couldn't (a missing belt) and got it fixed with no "BS".

I went in with a brake light issue that I was quoted to be over 1,000$ fix by another repair facility. They listened toy description and heeded my own (and very amateur) research regarding the issue and because of their diligence were able to properly find the issue. What was quoted at a minimum of $1,000 at another shop who did not take my research into account and insisted on a much more invasive approach, turned out to be a $150 fix. Can’t recommend enough!

Went in for an oil change, I was surprised at the professionalism and mechanical skill of staff. After dealing with their competion, and I use that term very loosely, (five letter, starts with m, ends with s) I was pleasantly surprised at the treatment I received. Steve, the manager, is very knowledgeable and does not treat me as a moron, as does the competition. Steve was not pushy with the upsell. He straight up told me what work needed to be done to assure the safety of my automobile. I highly recommend this facility for your automotive maintenance needs!

I had such a great experience with Meineke. I came to get my first oil change and along with that they did a free inspection of my car and bolted my license playe on correctly. they also told me how i can get resuced prices on already very affordable price ranged when I come in the future. if your a new driver, definitely come here. The guy I talked too was awesome, I think his name was steve.

I took my car to have it checked for a problem it had, they explained what was going on and what needed to be done. Lorenzo was very professional and very helpful by calling me and letting me what was going on and how long would it take. He called me when the car was ready and i told him it was going to take me some time to get there because i was walking and he told me that he would wait for me not to worry that was very nice of him They did a wonderful job. I would recommend this Midas to anyone
