Great service all the time, I like this shop. I work in San Francisco but come out their shop for my oil change all the time. They never try to upsell you on anything, they explain things and just let you know if something needs to be fixed. Milton and Ronnie are good guy's I highly recommended them and their business

Hello, sorry for the late review. I had to make sure that the car was running smoothly after the repair on the battery terminal. After almost 2 weeks, the battery is having issues with starting. It seems that something is draining its power I need to take it back

After several attempts at changing the oil, the technicians proved incompetent at handling sensitive cars like the BMW X5. Next time, I'll have to find a place with qualified mechanics. I'm now forced to take my car to the dealership to repair the damage that was done. I saw he said it changed the break pods but he’s not doing because I’m not asking

Here’s my honest review after being a customer for over 10-15 years. Extremely extremely disappointed with the poor customer service from Killigan (spelling) I don’t appreciate how he dismissed me when I had to pick up my car, it’s like he didn’t even care. He didn’t even explain what was going on. He gave the impression like he just didn’t want to be there. All he said was, OK $249., And that was that!!! I had to have my car towed home. He didn’t even bother to tell me that it wouldn’t run. Also, someone rummage through my glove compartment, my trunk, and the grease stains on the back (cloth) seat . Also, my horn wasn’t working anymore. How extremely unprofessional and I’m so disgusted in the poor service. I felt really sad, that I was treated with no respect. You definitely Lost a long time customer. On another note, I do want to say how I appreciate Milton, Ronnie, and the other guy (I apologize, I don’t remember his name, he was nice too.) They’ve always shown respect, common courtesy, and they always explained in detail what’s going on. Even if I asked a ton of questions, they still answered me and didn’t seem annoyed with me at all. Also, they didn’t try to upsell me unwanted service tactics. One more thing, and I’ll end it on that note… When I would arrive. Several of the mechanics would wave hello to me and it was nice that they remember me.

Scheduling an appointment online was easy. They’re open 7 days a week and were very transparent with pricing. The estimate I was given was the price I paid at pick up. Customer service was excellent! They gave me an inspection to recommend other services I will need in the future. 10/10 I do recommend. Thank you Midas!

Tony said he gave us discount, but did not show in receipt. Sure they quote $1,000+, but it's an estimate. I checked wheels directly from Subaru and it only cost $157 vs what they charged us $250 per wheel. Not going back to Midas for repairs. I feel like they were not being honest as advertised.

Came for an oil change and they checked my brake pads. Price was very reasonable. They were very quick and professional and the agent at the front, Kelby, was extremely helpful and even helped me walk through the different parts of the brake pad check. Dont ever go to any midas at all They messed up my side mirrors a couple years ago. They never took responsibility, Go anywhere but here Damn near go to a mom and pop shop. Even better take it to a college where student are barely learning how to be a mechanic before taking it to a Midas

I brought my car in on Christmas Eve. I had a tire that was going flat. Unfortunately, all my tires were in bad shape. They had a team of guys work on my car to replace the tires, fix the brakes (totally shot), and aligned the tires so they would wear better. They were swift and efficient. I would have expected them to send me home and ask me to come back later. They went above and beyond on Christmas Eve so I could travel safely. Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic experience at Midas Daly City. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, they made me feel really comfortable and taken care of as I dropped my car off. I made an appointment to this place and I arrived early, got processed and in fact got in sooner than I anticipated. They had a special on oil changes of which I took advantage. The whole experience was very pleasant and trouble free and I can attribute that to a fellow named Tony who seemed to be the head honcho there. He was friendly and personable, he stewarded my Jeep through and I came outta there very pleased. I really can't say anything negative about the work they did. Kudos to all the folks there.

My oil light went on and I had only a few hours to get it changed. I drove up to Midas and they were kind and helped me out immediately. The check in process was fast and efficient. The service person was very welcoming and told me my car would be completed in 1 hour, it was done at 50 minutes which was a plus! I would recommend this location to anyone who like me has limited time in our busy lives to maintain your car.

took my BMW X5 to this shop for an oil change a few months ago, and there was an issue with the computer reset. This required sending my car to the dealership for repairs, and I was without my vehicle for four days. They provided a loaner car, which I appreciated. Most recently, I returned for another oil change, and once again, the technician failed to update the computer with the correct oil change interval. I specifically requested a 6,000-mile interval, but it was set to 10,000 miles. Additionally, the car failed to start the next day during my commute, and I had to call for roadside assistance. While the car was in the shop previously, there was also confusion with the computer programming, which led to having to send the car to the dealership and being without it for four days. They did cover the dealership costs at that time. Moreover, when the car broke down yesterday, the computer displayed warnings about restarting the car after a minute or two due to overheating, which added to the frustration. Overall, the service was not satisfactory, and I’m disappointed with the repeated issues and the lack of expertise. I hope they can improve their service in the future. My car has been at the BMW dealership since Friday until today. This is due to a mistake made by an inexperienced employee. I will be filing a complaint about this.

This is my second time at Midas at daly city location, my experience has been great. Ronnie is an amazing person, with awesome customer service. For an oil change you get a full check inspection of the vehicle with a report with images for all parts inspected for a very fair price.
