From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in a professional setting, yet moreover finally found an auto shop that I can TRUST! Walter, at the front, despite being busy, was nothing but kind and expeditious in ensuring I make it to the airport on time. The owner, Adam, even jumped in to assist when time was ‘of the essence’. Don't understand the word "appointment." Waited 4 days so that someone could evaluate my car when I brought it in. Dropped it off first thing in the morning. Verified I needed some or all work done that day. They called me at 1 pm to tell me the cost of a diagnosis and that they wouldn't do it today. I had the expectation verified twice, they just aren't honest about it.

Our car needed new tires. The runflats ride horribly and the right front tire had a bulge in the sidewall.So, I started to look online and was really shocked at how expensive tires have gotten! So I’ve done business with Midas in other locations and decided to give this shop a try. Friendly enough people. We discussed the relative merits of run flat tires VS regular tires. There isn’t anyplace to put a spare in the car, so you either use fix a flat or call AAA for a tow. Seems like a good trade off to be rid of the super stiff sidewalls on the cursed run flat tires. Cost installed for four tires was $1400. I haven’t bought tires in a long time, so I’m thinking this is about normal price for performance tires on a BMW. Anyway, There were a lot of good choices. Balancing quality with price can be tricky, but I found something that worked. The tires had to ordered and they came in and I showed up Thursday to,have them installed. Took about a couple of hours all told. The waiting area currently consists of several pretty comfortable chairs facing the parking lot with the overhead doors wide open. The weather was comfortable enough, so that was fine. Midas gives you a lifetime warranty on road hazard damage to,your tires. The either fix what you’ve got or give you a new one.pretty good deal. This Midas is a place I’d recommend.

Don’t recommend this place - entirely screwed me over with my warranty - now I’m stuck with paying out of pocket because they failed to advise me on how to proceed/handle my vehicle with my engine over heating and falsely claimed to my warranty that I drove my car after knowing that there was radiator issues - had no idea what was wrong with my car hence why I brought it to the shop and even had a towing company bring it home after being aware of the radiator issues. Eric said he had relationships with my warranty so know wonder why it was denied. Completely screwed me over

Single women: be cautious coming here. I was told I needed almost $3,000 worth of work immediately, which turned out not to be necessary after getting a second opinion from a local shop. Cars obviously need maintenance, but that doesn’t mean thousands of dollars of repairs always need to happen right this second. The staff were polite, but the experience left me feeling pressured and stressed instead of helped. Do yourself a favor—get a second opinion from a locally owned shop before agreeing to expensive repairs. It could save you a lot of money and hassle.

I recently took my Mini to Midas for a low idle/overheating issue and overall, I had a good experience. First, I was able to bring my car in the same day I called and they offered me a loaner. The staff seemed knowledgeable about the quirks of my specific vehicle and gave a good assessment of the issues without adding in anything unnecessary. (I already had a good idea in that i had taken it to a much fancier place beforehand for an estimate.) They called to explain what needed to be done after texting a nice report with supporting photos, which I appreciated. I got the car back tthe next day, it ran much better, and the pricing was fair. They were upfront about costs, and there were no surprise fees, which is always a relief. All in all, I’d say if you’ve got a Mini and need a reliable local spot, this Midas branch is a solid choice. I’ll definitely go back for future maintenance.

It’s so many good things that I can say about this Midas. First off they are very professional and they take care of you like you are family. I took my car for break service and a list of assorted things that that needed to be fixed and they only had my car for one day. They made sure that I was satisfied and gave me the upmost respect. I love that they add it to the carfax so that the it reflects the value of the car and the maintenance kept. They called me to keep me updated and let me know about future repairs ahead of time so that I can prepare and save for them. I am a single mom of two kids, so planning and budgeting means a-lot to me. Last but not least, they offered me a refund without me asking, for something they told me I needed but when they checked that specific Item on my car, it was already in good condition. So they were honest and had written me check for what I had already paid for. Honestly is hard to come by especially when you’re dealing with a car.
