I used a Groupon to get an oil change. I came down the first day and I had an appointment. I told him I was running a bit behind. He said that was fine. And then when I got there, he said oh they can’t see me. And I was like OK and he said that he could see me the next day so I came back another hour drive. And I got my car back and I rolled my windows down and when I went to go roll my passenger side window up it would roll up. And then I noticed the button was broken. So I called them back and told them what happened and he said that they roll the windows down whenever they get in the car and then he immediately went to go talk to the technician and then he said oh we didn’t roll any of the window. We didn’t roll the windows down. And he said that he rolled my driver side window down. And he said I could call back tomorrow when the manager is there. So I did and the manager said that he didn’t want me to have a sour taste of my mouth about the business so he would try to find someone that they work with that could give me a good deal on getting my window fixed. Which sounds like they work together on breaking people stuff just so they can get money out of them. Do not go don’t waste your money. Or your time.

All I'm gonna say is ..... Don't go there expecting to use your Groupon WITHOUT making an appointment.....EVEN THOUGH there were no Customers AND we stood outside for 20 min looking for another oil change place nearby AND STILL no Customers came. The Groupon DID say make an appointment but it was AFTER we purchased the Groupon!!!!!

Made an appt for a synthetic oil change using Groupon- note: they do honor Groupon price, if you just screen shot it, you can purchase it through their business instead! Smooth process, they updated me on the condition of my car parts and what to prepare for next. Hooked me up w changing a couple filters. My car already sounds and feels better driving. Nice guys all around!

This place is absolutely horrible, my daughter brought car to get ac fixed,they quoted her something different prior and then stated it was something more expensive. And to add to that the short circuited her dashboard electrical system and would not admit it, even after admitting they did not disconnect the battery when this is the first step a good mechanic should do when they performed the service. Now she has a large bill from the service ,with the additional issue of not being able to tell how much gas in her car cause the electrical component and her radio no longer works ,she is just a young college student getting her start on life and this place took advantage

Garbage garbage garbage.. do not ever come here for any service. Front representative Wouldn’t honor Groupon voucher that their business offered. Used excuses to say that he couldn’t service my vehicle because the car uses European oil.. I drive a 2023 Infiniti QX60.. it’s Japanese lol. Then used another excuse that I didn’t have an appointment set up prior lol.. stupid and pathetic lol.

I stopped in just to ask if they could air up my tires this morning. I keep getting that pesky warning light for low pressure. Immediately they said, yes pull around to an open bay, before I could get into my car, they were ready for me. So friendly and quick. Will return next time I need a service. Quite impressed. Oh waiting area nice and clean. Very impressed.

Charged me $950 to change a hose and thermostat I thought it was overpriced but had no choice so I paid. Then my wife needed a battery for a 2016 Hyundai I thought I would give them another try since they are so close to my home they quoted her $650. I then sent her to Autozone where they installed a new battery for $280. Beware

Would not trust this place. Anything they say to you that’s wrong with your car, definitely get a second opinion. They straight up lied to me about the condition of my car. They told me my break pads were down to 1 millimeter, I attached a picture of those allegedly 1 millimeter break pads next to new ones. They weren’t even half worn down yet. Also told me that I had an oil gasket actively leaking oil into my engine, went and checked it myself and that definitely wasn’t the case. Told me I needed new rotors and tried to charge me when my rotors were perfectly fine. The man even said that he was just trying to get my business because it was slow that day. I also asked twice for them to fill the air in my tires, they didn’t even do that. I can’t speak for everyone there but the man I spoke to was dishonest and tried to get my money for issues that were not actually issues in my car, straight up made things up to get money out of me. So glad I took my car somewhere else and the told me what was what

Purchased a Groupon for an oil change and made an appointment for 10:30am on a Tuesday. I arrived slightly late, but they had no one cars on the dock at all so surely this wouldn’t be a problem. WRONG! The guy told me that because I purchased a Groupon, I would have to reschedule the appointment because I was late. BUT- if I paid them directly in the store, they could take me. I told him to go ahead and reschedule me. He said it was in Groupon’s terms of service. I looked at all of the rules and fine print on Groupon and it made no mention of anything close to what he was referencing. Clearly a manipulative practice for me to pay them. Showed up again for my next appointment a week later. “It looks like you booked with a Groupon.” He told me never to buy them - and they would honor whatever price to “eliminate the middle man” - all I had to do was screen shot it. I feel like he made me reschedule my first appointment as a punishment for purchasing through third party. Just sketchy business practice- put a bad taste in my mouth as I had to drive all the way back a week later - but I did this out of principal to not give the sales directly to the store. Take your business off of Groupon if you don’t want customers from them!

Really appreciate them taking a car last minute for a pre purchase inspection we were test driving. Identified a few minor things with the car that helped us get a better deal from the dealer. After I bought the car I took it to a local Toyota dealer a few days later to remedy those things under a dealer IOU and Toyota also gave the car two thumbs up for reliability and condition. PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT If you are a Midas card holder please be aware that this location is under new franchise owner and not honoring Midas card from Comenity as acceptable payment although the sign on door would indicate otherwise. In addition, the previous ownership offered you a link to pictures of your vehicles needed and recommended repairs and that is no longer available. The respectful, courteous service is also out the door. And literally the only great thing left from the previous ownership is the AMAZING staff member, Jose. You can count on his honesty and integrity!

I had a truly positive experience at Midas. I recently lost my job and am the sole provider for my family, so finances are extremely tight right now. When I brought my car in to replace all of my brake pads, the original quote was more than I could manage. I explained my situation honestly, and the manager took the time to listen. To my surprise, he worked with me through this difficult season. That kind of compassion and understanding is rare, and I am incredibly grateful to Jason for his kindness. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and I was treated with dignity and respect throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this location.
