I went to the Kettering Oh location for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation recently. They offered a coupon for $29.99 which was great! I got the appointment same day online . They were very thorough when they examined my car and took photos of problem areas. They did not try to up sell me though. They just wanted me to be aware and offered their services when I was ready. They couldn't have been nicer and everything was done in about an hour. I highly recommend them!

They do good work at good prices. This is where I go for my oil changes, and I had complete new brakes (including calipers) done a couple years ago. No complaints. I don’t normally do reviews. But my Oil change, tire rotation and balancing of each tire ended in a replaced engine, and my car is not right even though Midas keeps telling me everything is fine! I’m taking elsewhere. If it is fine, I’ll get back on here and change my review. UPDATE: after two more visits with Midas over a burning oil smell, and the car cranking when attempting to start. Midas told me the transmission fluid was black. That they wiped some oil up from within the engine compartment, but everything looked fine on my Ford escape. I went to another shop to change out the transmission fluid and during that visit it was discovered the turbo is failing and leaking oil. The mechanic drove the car and said he never felt the turbo kick in. There is no way Midas didn’t cause this issue when the wrong oil filter was installed resulting in a replaced engine. There is no way during the two separate visits totaling over 3.5 hours they didn’t see the turbo leak! They don’t want to fork out any more money for their careless mistake and are telling me everything is fine! They made it clear that the engine is under a year warranty. And told me due to the mileage on the car, that’s why the transmission fluid was black. I was told my car will be better than it was before they touched it! ITS NOT! ITS GOT A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH MORE OF DAMAGE!

Its important for a young girl to find somewhere she’s comfortable going. This isn’t the place to send your daughters or wives or really any women that may have questions or concerns or a tight budget. Tall tubby manager with a beard was rude and condescending and very poor customer service skills. Nothing but rude sarcasm if I had any question or concern. The redhead manager was professional and nice. Maybe go to a different Midas location for their services cuz it was a good price with the coupon

Went in today for oil change. Told him I wanted the basic. It was less then $40 for it. They did their usual speal of everything wrong with my car so they can get more work done. I expected that. But when it was time to pay they said it was $80 I said how because it's supposed to be the basic oil change. He said we'll my equinox needed the $80 version with Dexos. We'll nobody told me about it. So I paid it but I'll never be going back again. It should be criminal to do work without first telling the customer the price of it.
