Mmm… one piece of advice I would give to anyone thinking of taking their vehicle to Dixon Automotive shop: 1. Think very hard about what you are about to do. 2. Think again about what Dixon Automotive will think of your vehicle. Well, I made the normal mistake of assuming Dixon Automotive was just another repair shop. I was completely clueless about how serious they were about taking full ownership of every vehicle. So, let me say it one more time: “ THINK VERY HARD ABOUT WHAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO DO.” Once you take your vehicle to Dixon Automotive, you will never take it to another shop. This is my second visit to your business in two weeks and I used your business in the past, Randy and the techs are great at what they do, had the battery replaced in my Kia and ignition repaired in my escape, after a inspection on the escape Randy found another problem with the suspension in the escape that was never mentioned to me by a company that replaced my struts, it was a different car repair place, keep up the good work, just one of your satisfied customers. Ps I will be bringing it back to you to do the other repairs later this week.

@2020 After two other places couldn't fix my car, these guys took the time to really listen, and found a clutch issue for why my car frequently wouldn't start. They take pictures of your car for a report at no charge. Most modern tech savvy auto repair I've ever been to! I was looking for a third opinion, but ended up with a new "spa" for my car, MsDuke, to get really good care to make her last. The service is A+ and their car knowledge is Indy500 quality! **********update************ This week, 20 March 2025, took my car in after I let another automotive place fix and failed three times. I only went as my check engine light came on in front of their business. Spent 3 trips and $500+. Finally wised up, and Dixon's undid the damage, replacing same parts... They gave a really cool evaluation of your vehicle, pictures included of your vehicle! Great analysis explaining everything. They also have short videos to learn whatever system your vehicle is having an issue with. You can set up an appointment online! And! Attach pictures. Even though it's a $50 Uber ride away from my apartment, I will always go here for ALL of MsDuke, my car's needs. #nocarpayment #25years&counting #insurancecheaper first picture is how my beloved car, MsDuke, looked 28 years ago... in the beginning, and next pics, 5 years ago... and still running like a champion OCT 2025: 2 year warranty battery still 80% after 5 years. Problem with brakes was actually my tires dry rotting again (only 1200 miles driven in 7 months. My car sits in hot sun for days without going anywhere.

Dixon was recommended to us as a good place to take my car. We brought our Kia Rio in with a strange noise problem. Randy drove the car and they did a thorough inspection. The noise was related to the brakes plus I was in need of a new set of tires. He gave me a good price and they did the work. I picked it up the next day and have been very happy with the results. Dixon was very easy to work with. They had me bring the car in when it was convenient for me and worked me right in. I will bring my auto work to Dixon from now on and highly recommend them for your service as well.

Had two separate great experiences at each location. The first experience my sister was needing her car looked at after hitting a decent pot hole. We were expecting some damage to her suspension, they were able to get her in and inspected the car. They performed an alignment, we were out pretty quick. Second experience I needed tires replaced. They got my car in and out, showed that the alignment was good. I enjoy the vehicle inspection they share to show me the condition of my car. Very helpful and knowledgeable people. I will go back if needed.

Randy...what can I say...excellent communication, friendly, and patient. I am a tinkerer, I like knowing whats going on out of pure curiousity...he kept me informed and explained everything. My wife needed a major repair on her Acadia. It ended up being the transmission. It was ordered, installed, and back in our possession within 4 days. I could go down the rabbit hole of explaining what was wrong and all the steps to figure out what it was and how to fix it, but I won't l. All I will say is, you get what you pay for. Dixxon's has earned a long term customer with their thoroughness, knowledge, and reasonable pricing (when it comes to service and repair, you get what you pay for...this was well worth it).
