My wife and I waited over 5 hours for them to show up to fix a tire. This was through our roadside assistance. Then after 5 hours they decided they didn't want to come out. Lousy service.

If I could give zero I would. I called this man on Wednesday to schedule a tow for Friday morning he said to call him on Thursday night to remind him... how unprofessional but mo problem I did just that. I then proceeded to call and text to confirm I got crickets then Friday cam I had to reschedule my Maintenance appointment because of him but I got my car towed for less than he quoted anyway don't I repeat don't call him its a waste of time

Place is awful their policy is to escalate situations make you feel like a bad person rip you off damage your vehicle. How they are still a functioning business is insane. If you have to do any sort of business with this company I'll pray for you

Towing services purely predatory. Used misinformation to steal $160 from me on a lot I’ve parked in for years. Next time they won’t be solely as to scam me again.. BBB reviews validate this company is purely predatory.

Damaged car while towing it to a different area of the parking lot. Said they would fix it at not cost. Instead it was Damaged even worse, took photos of before and after with accurate time stamps.

After paying for the tow without complaint they placed me outside of the establishment and did not release my vehicle to me until after another white patron came for the release their vehicle. Then the owner followed me down the street screaming that my tags were expired and that he would call the cops only for my tags to expire next year. The racism and misogyny was blatant and hurtful honestly.

One of horrible experience i had when my car is towed.The staff here are very rude and there is no sense of talking to a human. if i have a chance i would put them in blacklist from all the thrid parties services.So no one could ever go through what i have been. Purely predatory and they tow the vehicle even if it is not parked in no parking area. Will cost you around $160. Very bad people

He's the worst mechanic in Dayton. Please do not take your car there because he's going to take forever fixing it. I wish I could give him 3 zero stars. He rushing you for the money but doesn't even start on fixing the car and than he start coming up with excuses and dodging customers smh
