I paid 200 dollars to get a hub barring replaced. He made me have to replace my control arm, my axle and the thing that looks like a ratchet. He is the worst mechanic I have ever had to work on my car. I wish that I knew how to insert pictures. He stated that he came back and fixed the problem that is not true. I am out of a lot of money because of this guy. I DON'T RECOMMEND!!! He did me really bad.

The tech. damaged my break pad trying to reinstall the drum ...I call to voice my concern, the mgr said he'd get back with me and never called back ..they even charged me full price for the work even after the damage was done....I do not recommend anyone using this service.....!!!!!

Saw the owner doesn't like 1 star reviews for no shows. Too bad I had to give one or it'd be less. No call. No show. Called back, left message. No call back. So you tell me, RJM owner... What review should I have given? Just call you back until you show then give you a high review? What are you smoking? Guarantee you'd give the same if someone did you like that. So... Here's your second one star. Enjoy, just like we enjoyed your "professional" courtesy. Update: Your response is a total lie. We have cameras all over the exterior of the house. You either weren't there or went to the wrong house. Have all the call logs. Nice try. Five stars most be from friends. Trust me. Do NOT use these guys. Went from really bad to wow...liars to boot. 🤦

My family is filing a small claims court case against this guy.. There is so much I could add to this review but because my mother is taking him to court to get our money back plus damages. I won’t say anything specific. All i will say is PLEASE if you value your vehicle NEVER HAVE THIS MAN FIX YOUR CAR! There are other reviews that say their car was also messed up by this man and so was ours. It’s not that someone can’t make a mistake but it’s all about how he handled the situation after. Tried to place the blame on someone else who never even did any labor on the car besides removing a few covers and casings. Then when shown proof of his mistake lied by saying that the proof couldnt have anything to do with the work he did. When shown otherwise he offered to come back to look over his work but ghosted us the next day when we contacted him. Now he can look forward to a lawsuit. Terrible accountability and professionalism. Also dishonest during the job about many things including ownership of his OWN business. Do not hire this man!

The man got my car running ,explained & showed me all of the problems ,and then found other problems that took longer.He even took me to work ,all the way in Cincinnati ,when car issues, took longer then expected .He then gave me a warranty on his work ,& called to check on my vehicle days after he completed work. I asked him to replace brake pads and passenger side rear brake caliper. He started the job and asked that I cash app half to his helper. I said no and then relented. It took him four days to come back with my repeated calls. Finally after a couple of days he called me at 1 in my he morning claiming his ex was gonna call the police and send him to jail over money he owed her. I told him I could put some money on my card the next day . He showed up. I went and got a caliper which he installed. Drove the car to UD the next day felt wobbling which got worse as I drove up Salem. Stopped at the BO on Salem and grand, called him and found out he hadn’t tightened the lug nuts. Fast forward a couple of weeks later, I took the car up to be aligned, they informed me the replaced caliper line is leaking. He won’t fix his error and wants to charge me again. Had the nerve to ask me if I had a receipt. He forgot I paid him through cash app !!!!

READ TIL THE END!!!! I would give a -5 if I could. Rob, the owner, took my money and never came back. Even tried to get more money from me, when he's the one who didn't show. $267.50 gone for services that never got done. Then just ghosted me. So here's how I got scammed! No other way to put it. I found him on Google search. His price was just in my budget. (Not really, I used my rent money, thinking I could doordash again once my car was running.) So, I'm on social security disability and my vehicle has been down for weeks. So called around for prices to replace and alternator and a power steering return line. I called, I paid, he showed up. Then he tells me it's not the alternator, it's the tensioner & serpintine belt. Well it's getting dark, I don't have a ride, so I said I'd have it by Friday afternoon. He said he'd be back either Friday evening or Saturday. Tried calling him Friday to let him know I got the parts. He didn't answer. I called him Saturday morning and he told me he'd be there between 5-6pm. He never showed. Never heard from him. I called Sunday morning around 9:30am. He informs me that he got busy, he broke his phone and his screen was cracked and he couldn't call out, but could receive calls. Said I was his only job that day and would be here before 11:00am. Noon came and he's no show, no call. I call him (since he can't call out) and he says he's doing an emergency roadside service for Allstate. OK no problem. Asked me to call him in an hour if he's not here yet. During one of these calls he tries to get me to pay even more. [Friday when he found out he was coming back, he listed like 3 more fees, but he would waive them as long as I had the parts by Monday]. I told him "dude, I gave you my penny, hell that was my rent money! I have nothing to give." He the said he was still coming.but didn't show up til 2-2:30pm. Not longer he informed it was the wrong size belt. Anywho.....we get the right one. Get back and I swear he said something like it's the wrong tensioner. Then he starts looking for a tool, and says "I'll be back" well it's now Thursday late afternoon, and not a call, not a show. Took my money, didn't do shit!!!! We'll I've taken to legal matters. I'll get my money, and all the damn suffering that con artist had me go thru. Stay far away! He's also a felony. Got popped for ROBBERY!!!!

Fixed my brakes but didn't tighten up my lugg nuts wheel almost came off. Came n fixed it i thought on my way home the lugg nuts got lose again said he was going to get something haven't heard from these guys no more been waiting on these ppl to come fix it been giving me the run around since 5pm now it's 8 n I'm still on the side of the road don't ever use these ppl better off going to the shop than deal with these ppl

I hired this mechanic for a brake fluid flush. He was friendly, showed up on time, and the price was fair. Unfortunately, the job wasn’t done correctly — my brake pedal went almost to the floor afterward and the car had weak braking power. I ended up taking it to the Honda dealership, where they confirmed the system still had air in the lines and had to redo the flush properly. I don’t think he was dishonest or trying to cut corners, but brake work is safety-critical and needs to be 100% right. Might be fine for simple repairs, but I wouldn’t recommend for hydraulic or brake system work.

Well, Well, Well. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I used RJM to help one of my drivers on the side of the road with trailer brakes. We chose this company due to good reviews. But little did we know that because we were from out of town, they would SCAM us out of our money and put my driver life at risk.... We paid their original price up front to fix 4 brakes. They did not have the proper tools and requested more money from us. we paid with no problem. Unfortunately, the workers only fixed 1 brake. 30 mins up the road my driver tires wheels fell off in the middle of the road due to all lugs being loose and not tighten properly. That could have caused my company an insurance claim.. I have tried very hard to work with owner RJ to reimburse at least half of the amount paid. However, Mr. RJ has been avoid paying for over a week after we spoke on recording about agreeing to reimburse an agreed amount, because he was aware of his workers not doing a good job. THIS IS SAD YOU HAVE TO TREAT CUSTOMERS THIS WAY!!!

My mom found him on google and he was supposed to come do a job he never came but called late to reschedule the appointment, came to do the job and put the belt on wrong claim he had to go do a emergency call for AAA, he told me test drive i did and it cut off on me twice!!! and he said was going to come back to fix the belt and clean the throttle body he didn’t come back so i kept calling him and he finally answered and lied and said he was coming from Middletown which is 20 minutes away he didn’t show up until 7:30pm it’s dark now his excuse is he don’t have the right tool! He so called fixed the belt to get one light off, the car still cuts off the “lighting bolt” light is still on he never cleaned the throttle body. I had to threaten him with a review for him to even come back today! This guy is bad business! He will take your money and not return to fix your car unless you make a review!! DO NOT TRUST HIM WITH YOUR CAR READ THE REVIEWS. HE RUNS OFF!!!
