I have an older car ... they did not have the oil filter.. I was told it would be better if I purchased the filter so there wouldn't be a wait... so I did... they just charged me the same price anyway and refused to comp me anything for purchasing the filter. They will never get another dollar from me!

I came in one day looking for a oil change early in the morning they had told me they were booked so I told them I’ll come back a different time , mind you this place claims they are first come first serve …I came back but I had called before I came back they told me come in I come in and the same kid goes were booked with a smirk. Bad costumer communication hands down , all the employees were on there phone and not a car in sight

Yeahhh not going there anymore after being there for 2 years. They charge for all fluids refills and don’t fill nothing up. I ended up checking my windshield washer fluid just to be sure they were actually doing what we’re paying, and were not surprised to find it still empty. Makes you wonder, how well they change your oil for you. Do they give the time needed for old oil to drain out and actually fill up the oil to how much the vehicle really needs, or just trying to rush everything when they have a few cars lined up. Disappointed 😔 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Fastest oil change I've ever had! I wasn't even sitting 5 minutes. Granted, they were able to get me right in, no appt needed :) staff was super friendly. And it was cheaper than expected. Newer vehicle.. make recommends synthetic blah blah blah. So in my head I'm thinking $80-100. So I was pleasantly surprised. They also did a quick inspection and topped off fluids. I will 100% keep going to them.

I pulled up to Midwest fast lube and explained I had an interlock device in my vehicle. I shared with the service manager that I don't trust my vehicle being worked on with my interlock. People have a tendency of not listening then they accidentally turn the key and if a valid test is not given we are penalized. I asked to drive the vehicle in and keep the keys with me. I said if there's a problem I'll take my business somewhere else and he said take your business somewhere else. Jiffy lube in Sioux City didn't have a problem with it. They even mentioned we would not like any accidental turning of the keys. I also went to another place in Sioux City and they said 40 minutes. Jiffy lube had me in and out in about 20. These guys were pretty thorough an honest.
