Had a tire I needed put on a rim ... they said they would do it and they would call me when it's done .. 4 hrs later they call and tell me the tire was more than six years old the couldn't put it on a rim ... WalMart Tire place is a joke

Customer service is horrible. They made me wait there for 2 hours for an oil change and it turns out they didn't even have the right oil. They just wasted my time. Why did they not check first and let me know ahead of time! Never going here again!

I went to another Walmart Tires and Auto Parts and they could not help me, or so they said. I came to this one and they got it done fast and cheap. Cody, David and Austin are great guys. They went above and beyond and I appreciate it.

The employees here are nice but it takes forever to get in for repairs. Once you are in it takes forever to get the work completed. Like 56 minutes to fix a flat tire. I only go there if I have to.

Tire replacement was fairly timely, but I brought another vehicle in to have the lug nuts re-torqued and it took about an hour and a half to turn 10 lug nuts.

Horrible place, horrible service. They will try to scam you and lie to you, and they have either no clue what they are talking about, or they assume that you have no clue, and they try to take advantage of you. Avoid at all costs. Shameful for Walmart. Everyone of their staff should get fired. Go to the Walmart on Floyd instead. The nice older fella is very nice and helpful.

If you're looking for extremely slow service, unprofessional staff, and an overall terrible experience, then this is the auto center for you. I have never been to this location without 3 people standing around telling you they're too busy for something. The best part is they don't just try to upsell you, they try to hold your vehicle hostage so you'll spend more money. In my 30 years of vehicle ownership, this is easily the worst shop I have been to.

Angelica and Aaron were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Although it was end of day and they could have said no to installation of battery (Buick batteries are a pain in the butt) they helped me get my uncle, who is ill, car rolling and politely declined my tip offering. I can now rest easy knowing when he gets home from the hospital he can safely get where he needs to be. Many Thank you's! I am hoping they get compensated for being outstanding representatives of your store. Thank you! Now a days exceptional service and employees like that are almost impossible to come across. Apparently if you aren’t 100% obsessed with Walmart and know every little update they do, it means you’re going to get your head ripped off and throat spit down… Yes, I went in to get my oil changed today. I was greeted with “ugh, do you have an appointment?” Very confused I asked if I was supposed to. To which Mr. 5’2” on a good day, barks, “well, uh, ya” I say, “oh, I’m sorry, I didn’t know” big man on campus snaps, “it’s been that way for well over a year” At this point I’m not going to beg for him to have something to do besides hold the counter up and apologize and leave. Moral of the story- it’s best that absolutely no one ever have the audacity to walk into that area and inquire about an oil change. It’s far too much of an inconvenience for them🙄
