I travel the world as a leadership consultant and give talks to various business leaders on how to treat people right- Ralph from Mobile Truck Repair will now be a highlighted person in my talks. As I was in the midst of a solo road-trip with the ashes of my late father to honour his wishes, I found myself on the side of the road in unknown territory in rain, wind, and nightfall approaching. So I called the guy and I talked to him about the issue of my truck. So he told me go to a truck stop wait over there. I will come there and I fix your truck. So then after 45 minutes waiting truckstop than he text me back. and he say cash up me first. then I will come. and look like he’s a scammer

While driving across the country, we had a leaf pack shear and were in a really bad spot. We called Ralph at ~10pm on a Saturday and he was an absolute blessing!! Instead of being stranded for several days (everyone else was closed for the weekend), Ralph met us quickly, was extremely knowledgeable, pointed out another area of concern and helped us out with it, procured replacement parts very quickly and had us back on the road within two hours. Where do I start with Mobile Truck Repair? Ralph is a true genius. I had been fighting a problem with my bucket truck for nearly two months. I brought it to six different shops, and not one could figure it out. Every single one told me the same thing: “Send that old truck to the bone yard and buy a new one.” Then a local guy pointed me to Mobile Truck Repair—and that’s when I met Ralph. From the moment he showed up, I could tell he was determined. In just a few hours, he tracked down and fixed the issue that nobody else could. I’ve never been so thankful. So appreciative of Mobile Truck Repair ❤️ My husband and I were traveling through South Dakota in our RV and when we stopped to fuel up noticed that the onboard generator was tilted and hanging - 2 of the 4 bolts holding it in had broken right off. It was a Sunday evening around 7:15 PM. I called several numbers in an attempt to find someone to do a mobile repair and Ralph from Mobile Truck Repair not only was the only one who answered, but was also clearly knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived and expertly fixed our issue, bolting the generator back in and adding reinforcing welds, taking the time to do it right and charging a fair price. It’s so hard to be broken down with an unexpected truck or RV issue and have all the associated headache and stress. Mobile Truck Repair lessened that stress and got us back on the road expeditiously. So much love and respect. We highly recommend!

On a negative 7 degree day, my duramax diesel pickup gelled up in my driveway 30 Miles from Sioux City, Iowa. I called mobile truck repair. Ralph drove to my house, and had my truck started in less than 10 minutes. he also fixed an oil leak while he was here. Ralph knows his diesels, knows all the tricks, and save me hundreds of dollars on a tow bill and auto mechanic bill. I would recommend Ralph to anyone in a bind. Read my story before you call anyone else. Ralph is one of the few real mechanics left. I've had my truck in multiple shops and multiple dealerships across many states because of the same issue. Every time I spent over 2 thousand dollars only to have the same thing happen later. I didn't have much luck calling and after another road service came and "fixed" it I broke down half a mile later. I seen someone said to text him so that's what I did. He responded 10 minutes later and came to me after finishing the last truck he was working on. Clearly he was tired but he didn't hesitate to connect his laptop and see if he could help. There was an issue with the exhaust again like before. I didn't even have to tell him this was an ongoing problem because he didn't want to immediately just start changing parts. He spent a couple hours running diagnostics because the last guy just cleared a bunch of codes. Ralph discovered a bad spot in the harness under the cab and asked how many times I've replaced a sensor. I told him the entire exhaust is less then a few months old. He showed me pictures of the harness and fixed the wires. I was skeptical at first but he assured me that was the problem. He never cleared a code. The engine light went off after just cycling the key. Its been 9 months now and still running great! He is truly a one of a kind guy and the best mechanic anyone could hope to hire. I am glad I broke down near Sioux City and thankful I sent him a text message after calling didn't work. I realized he leaves his phone in his truck while working and that's why I couldn't get through. So if you want a guy you can trust and have an issue no dealership in the country can fix, call Ralph. If he don't answer then text him. He's a busy guy. Thank you again Ralph! You are my go to mechanic from now on! If I am broken down and its to far away I'll pay to have it towed closer. Great service! Knows his stuff! Amazing rates!
