Rarely in life have I met someone who far exceeded my expectations. Rick Quintana is that man and Driven Auto is his shop. Rick radiates honesty and friendliness and quality and those attributes emanate throughout his workshop and his employees. I used to visit a hundred businesses a day as a UPS driver. Rick was very helpful in every way. My car door had flown hard in the wind and had messed up my fender and hinges of my door. He also had to do a paint job to fix it up and it ended up looking good as new. He was very helpful with working with my insurance so I didnt have to worry about a thing. Definitely recommend!

They are amazing and down to earth! They had some unexpected things happen and had to close the shop but the owner Rick did everything possible to get my car back to me before he got back and before the holiday weekend. They did an amazing job!!! You can't even tell anything was ever hit on my car. I wish I wouldn't have to go back for body work but I am sure I will in the future and will definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone from here on out!!!!

Driven Auto Body did an exceptional job on my vehicle! They went above and beyond to make all the repairs necessary and battled it out with my insurance company as they did not leave any detail out! A tree fell on my car and they found things I hadn’t even noticed with it and repaired it to a new condition! Rick and his crew are amazing and treat their customers like family! From Rick who checked me in all the way to when Gabriel helped me pick up my car today, I have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. My vehicle was fixed in such pristine condition, I’m out of words to describe how impressed and grateful I am. I was in a car accident the night before I was needing to head out of town for a family funeral out of state. They got me in first thing, and made the chaos of figuring out life so much easier by providing me with such a welcoming and friendly check in. They don’t know it, but that week I buried my soon to be brother in law who unexpectedly passed away and I was in such a difficult and grieving space. Thank you Rick for being so kind and treating me like I was a friend immediately, and thank you Gabriel for being so kind and friendly and helping instill the fact that Driven Auto Body is dedicated to connecting with people on a real and down to earth level. You really don’t find that easily, especially as chain/corporate ran businesses. Thank you all so much! You’ll never know how much your kindness truly positively impacted one of the most difficult weeks I’ve had in years, and am still reeling from.
