HONEST, PROFESSIONABLE, REASONABLY PRICED are the words I would use to describe Midwest Muffler Pros. I relocated here from New York and was desperate to fine a shop I could trust and afford. These guys are the best in the business! They will never tell you that your car needs something if it doesn't. They are friendly and always take the time to explain everything in terms you can understand. I will never take my car anywhere else. These guys are the real deal. If you need car repairs you should definitely give them a try. You won't be disappointed! P.S. if you have to wait for a repair, the shop is nice and clean with plenty of seating.

I had a great experience at this shop! My 2013 Mazda CX-5 had a cracked front exhaust pipe that was causing noise and water leakage. Other shops either quoted me much higher or said it might require removing the engine. Drive an hour to get one weld and charged $98, Wouldn't recommend, waste me and your time just taking me in the back and asking me what I want done then don't do what you said you was gonna do which was (take off the clamps and weld where those clamps were) left the clamps and welded one spot on the pipe that was leaking you did bare minimum this place is a joke got told if I welded my header flange to the header it would crack the head... I believe your weld is gonna break before anything happens with my engine but okdie dokie just took it somewhere where they did it right and didn't waste no ones time😂

I had a short Y shaped exhaust pipe replaced in front of my cat converter. The tech indicated they could get the pipe quickly from their warehouse and it would take a couple of hours to install while I waited. Actually the complete repair from time of arrival to completion took about 90 minutes. The noteworthy account of this scheduled visit was that I was addressed immediately after arrival and was given an estimate of the repairs within 15 minutes. The estimate was almost half of what a national chain of muffler shops would have charged to do the exact same repair. Plus, this shop did not try to upsell me on unnecessary, inflated parts or services . . . like the national chain. These guys are fair, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. I saved some hard earned money by coming here rather than being taken advantage of by Midas. Oh, BTW, this shop did not charge me any added "junk fees" like "shop supplies." I highly recommend this shop.

It was fantastic service. I made an appointment to get the exhaust done on my Honda. I related the issue over the phone. When I got there for the appointment my advisor told me he had the parts already on site and I'd be done in an hour. When in fact I was back at my house (12 minutes away) in less than an hour. Car is working great, price was very good and I can't say enough about how quick it was all done. If I need help with my vehicles in the future I'll definitely be reaching out.
