Went in for an alignment with high hopes my truck would drive perfect!! Unfortunately not the case with this company…when I got home my truck drove worse than before pulling hard to the left. Was told by employee to come in and they would make it right. Next day arrived early to my surprise employee told me I had to pay for an alignment they got wrong the first time. Don’t come here

I came in knowing I had a nail in my tire and specifically asked for it to be plugged. After the service, I was told the issue was fixed and took my car home. The next day, the same tire was completely flat. I filled it with air and called the shop, and they told me to bring it back in. When I returned, I also mentioned that the cap to my air stem hadn’t been replaced after the first visit. They took the car to the back and later told me there was another nail in the same tire that couldn’t be plugged because of its location. They refunded me by applying the amount I paid previously toward a replacement tire, which I appreciated. My concern, however, is that it feels like the original repair may not have been done properly since the tire went flat the very next day. Now I’ve had to purchase a whole new tire when I initially came in just for a plug. It is what it is, but the situation left me feeling unsure about the first repair.

I went there after i have been going back and forth to get my car fixed beforehand at another place. Thanks to them they gave me simple process of how it was going to go. Diagnostic, call me back to see the issue is, get it fixed and pay for it all done on Valentine’s Day when they have to close at 4pm. It was a lot money I had spent but worth it I feel like it wasn’t as expensive as expected. I got in and they had ever prepared the parts and all and squeezed me in their busy schedule and got me done a hour before they closed. She’s running very smoothly now and they made sure to tell me what else I will need fixing to upkeep my car and my car is my baby i had her for a while. I will most definitely come back to them for my all my cars to get fixed they are very trustworthy, and honest whether it’s good or bad I was so scared to go to them at first I gave them trust to do their job. They were very genuine, efficient, competent. I appreciate them so much for that they don’t understand. Thanks.
