I left my car with them for repair for a minor rearend collision. It took awhile to get a final part to complete the repair process. Which was no reflection on them. The car now looks more new than when I purchased it. Simon was the person that gave me updates and checked on the progress. The insurance company obtained a car for me to drive. Everyone, especially Simon, were very helpful. I thank everyone for their kindness. Also, appreciate their professional manner they show to the customer.

I had to update my review, I had issues with my driver side wheel bearing after the first install and had to bring it back to be replaced again under warranty. Just recently got my passenger side wheel bearing done and had a violent shake on the Highway on the way to get our Christmas tree, stopped at a shop in an emergency and they showed me that my wheel bearing was never replaced and just greased and had a dangerous amount of play and my wheel was about to fall off. Now my car is at another shop for a repair. I hopefully expect a warranty coverage of my cost at the new shop or a refund of my repair. I am glad I stopped when I did and didn’t have a catastrophic failure at highway speeds. Now I am concerned about my driver side as well.
