I had a flat tire around 8:30 PM and called ahead to confirm their hours. The person who answered the 347 number told me they were open and that I could tow my car there. After paying to have my car towed, I arrived and the shop was completely closed. I tried calling four more times and was sent straight to voicemail. Because of this misinformation, I had to file another claim and arrange a second tow to a different tire shop on Perry Street. This was extremely unprofessional and a huge inconvenience. If you’re not open, don’t tell customers that you are—especially when they’re relying on that information during an emergency like a flat tire.

I purchased 4 new tires and had them home delivered. I then Googled tire install places by my house and called a few of them at 4pm on a Saturday. Most places said they were closing within the hour, including Mike, but he said to come in around 445pm. I drove over and Mike was kind enough to install my 4 new tires quickly and at an amazing cost, which other tire install places can not compete against. What would have been a 5-star review turned into a 2-star experience. Initially, the service seemed great—he came to me, communication was fast, and the repair was done quickly. Unfortunately, just one day later my tire was leaking air again. I reached out to Mike and he told me he would come back to check it out, but he never showed up and never called or answered when I tried to follow up. I really thought I had a good experience at first, until I didn’t. Disappointed in the lack of follow-through.

I’m driving in my type r I just made it over the Morrisville Trenton bridge and then boom I hear my tire is flat. It’s 11:30pm and I have a piece of metal the size of a razor in my tire. Im thinking this is it for me nobody is going to be open or be able to fix my tire at this hour. I decided to search google and came up on Mikes Tire and Detailing shop which said it offered 24 hour service. I called the number on google and Mike picks up the phone call fully professional and understanding of my situation. He tells me that if I can make it to the tire shop a mile and half from me he can most likely patch my tire. I drive to the tire shop and mind you after hours it’s 12:00 am when I get to the shop. Mike says he’ll be there in 30 minutes so I wait 30 minutes and here comes Mike pulling into the parking lot fast and punctual. He got me in and out in less than 30 mins patched my tire on the spot allowing me to drive another 65 miles to Pennsylvania. If your ever in a jam in the Trenton Morrisville area Mike is the guy to call A+ customer service
