Called to get a quote on a trans rebuild(not replacement) was told $3,600. Not a horrible price, asked if they took payments. Was told they needed the money to buy the new transmission, I never asked for a replacement as I knew the prices already.

I Recommend do not take your vehicle here shop had my vehicle a month and 2 weeks for a transmission was told he was starting it go back down few days after never touched never moved kept telling me it’s getting done next and just gets pushed up by the fence with cars around it went back to get my money and vehicle became very rude to me never had plans to get it done!!!! Worst car shop I’ve ever been too they charged me a restocking fee and tax on a transmission supposedly they had that I never seen told 500 of the money I had down

I brought my F150 to them which was shuddering pretty bad. I was expecting to need a new torque converter but Mike explained that the fluid needed flushed and replaced (97,000 miles) and suggested an additive. This fixed it! Very fairly priced at just over $200. Thank you for taking care of my truck issue and being fair and honest.

I had my transmission replaced approximately 3 months ago by this shop. I was told that the replacement transmission was from a 2015 Lexus ES 350 to replace my 2014 Lexus ES 350 transmission and include a one-year warranty. I was told I would receive the warranty information in the mail in approximately 10 to 14 days. Not only did I did not receive the warranty in the mail until this day, but it has been 12 weeks and I still have not received my warranty documentation. This is unacceptable and unprofessional for such a well-established transmission repair shop. Until this issue is resolved I recommend that you do no conduct business with this transmission repair shop!

Do not use this shop for any purpose whatsoever. It cost $150 for a diagnostic check. No repairs. And when I called to ask how things work and why one person says one thing and why another person says another thing and they screamed at me at the top of their lungs. I wasn't going to tell them how to do their job!!! When all I did was ask questions about how the repairs worked, how the warranty worked and what was going on????

Do not take your vehicle here. Quoted 3 days for a transmission replacement depending on delivery. 1 month later and many excuses he still didn't have it done. Had vehicle towed from shop because it no longer would go into gear. We drove the car to them and all he did was ruin the car. Found out from others that this is a common thing with him.

December 2024 took my ford for slipping transmission. Paid $1,000 and he said he changed sensor and harness inside, plus new oil and treatment. Today I got a busted transmission with only 2,000 miles since repair . Ford dealership says everything seems like factory parts . Nothing was fixed . I was ripped off .

After I called I dropped my truck off late in the day and they were able to diagnose the issue next morning. They ended up not being able to do the repair because ford won’t sell the oem part and aftermarket’s had a bad reputation for failing. We were able to make a deal on changing some differential fluids and installing some rear shocks. I appreciated the shop’s honesty, they won’t do a shotty repair with junk parts and I was happy they could accommodate some other things I needed done. I would recommend Mike’s auto service!

My car started smelling of antifreeze and was slightly overheating, just going a little past the normal 200 degree mark. Brought my car down to Mike's to have it looked at and fixed. He even accepted my extended warranty coverage. He told me they were super busy but no matter what he would look it over the following day and let me know what they found. He did a few tests and although he could smell the antifreeze and see it go past where it should, all testing came back fine. So he dug even deeper for me. Without finding an issue he couldn't claim the warranty for me, but he did however actually find the issue and advised me to take it to a true Mazda dealer to have them verify and fix it. He also gave me a great price on looking at it for hours and doing a couple minor things I also wanted fixed. I would definitely go back to him!

If I could leave negative stars I would. As someone who worked in the car industry, this shop is disgusting for how they treat their customers. Between the lack of communication, and ripping people off it’s astonishing they are still in business. I’ve been literally witnessing one of my closest friends get ripped off by this shop for over almost 2 months now. He paid up for work that needed done ahead of time and was told it would be done numerous times when they never even started it. Every time it was supposed to be ready to go he kept getting the run around, excuses and it continuously got postponed. FOR OVER A MONTH. As where my friend is a nice and patient man, he doesn’t deserve to be over charged $1,000’s, YES $1,000’s of dollars for work that was NEVER even done. They were supposed to replace his transmission on top of a few other things to fix it. They never even replaced it. He still has the SAME transmission in the damn vehicle. The only reason he has it back is because he finally got to the point where he demanded it back due to the unprofessionalism and lack of service. Now he’s demanding back the money for the work this shop didn’t do. Not even the whole amount, just the transmission job that was never completed. I am someone who also doesn’t take the time to leave bad reviews but this is absurd. Hopefully, whoever needs work done looks into other shops. I’ve had transmission work in the past and never dealt with even half of this pathetic excuse of a service shop.

I have a 2022 Hyundai Tucson hybrid I called Mike at the shop he was busy at the moment but returned my call just like he said he would. I asked for pricing for brake pads, rotors and an oil change, he gave me pretty good estimates, he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked him, that happened Saturday. I made an appointment online for Thursday. He got my car in just like he said he would he changed the front brake pads, rotors and oil change. I wasn’t sure if the back ones needed changed or not, unfortunately they did. He didn’t have the parts on hand but he had them in a few hours and put them on my car and I was on my way. Mike was great to work with, I really respect the honesty from this man, he didn’t try to low ball me at all. I would definitely go back. I would recommend him to my friends and family. Thank you for respecting the military and people who served too.

Mike’s did their due diligence to try every way to not make me have to pay for my repair. From warranty to parts and manufacturer recalls they made it happen. They were even kind enough to send me to a manufacturer to service for free so I didn’t have to pay for the repair instead of taking my money. Honest and goes above and beyond by checking in before, during and after. I think they may have also cut a deal on the actual amount of time they provided in diagnostics. Sometimes they can get a little busy but it’s worth the wait!

I’m really satisfied with Steve’s and his team professionalism and patience throughout the whole transaction. Got a brand new 68rfe installed on my 2500. The job was completed in about 6 days. 2 days after the estimated time. The transmission still running smooth after a few weeks of driving.

he said he did my solenoid,valve body..I took to another real transmission shop after my car started acting up with same code very fast. They ripped it apart ,the shop has proof that they were definitely not changed out. Maybe just cleaned valve body , solenoid etc. But 100% did not do what he said. I went to a real deal transmission guy. He said I will valge for you . He did you wrong. I had bad feeling soon as I pulled up., I gave him the benefit of doubt . I had this transmission taking apart again by certified real shop,, mainly just to prove he screwed me over . They also did sway bar, didn't tighten bolts, ruined my tires, rotors,etc. I have pics of that also. He ask if I wanted to use used parts off a car out back.. I'm like no, I do stuff right..I got the money .il get the new stuff. Red flags all over. I figured maybe I'm being to paranoid. I was right. One thing I don't do is lie. IV went through a lot just to proof he is not honest and completely screwed me twice.,I said nah give him the benefit of doubt.probaly just different issue. DIDN'T change the valve body, solenoid etc. like you said. He Said I'm using aircraft metal the good valve body lol. That's grimmy, no receipt,no break down what he did, what cost what.just writes your total on piece of paper lol. It's not a real shop basically, I went against my gut to give a smaller shop my business. Should of waited for varis transmission at that time.
