DO NOT COME HERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY LIKE DRINKING A WATER IN 5 SECONDS. I CAME TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE MY SUNROOF WOULD NOT CLOSED. THEN THEY PULL SOME PAPER WORK AND THE SUPERVISOR CAME TO ME THAT MY WARRANTY WOULD NOT PAY FOR THE ISSUE SINCE MY CAR HAS OVER 50k mileage. HOWEVER, I GOT MT CAR WHEN IT WAS 48k mileage so it doesn’t make since. SHE THEN SAID THEY WOULD RUN A DIAGNOSTIC, which cost $229 dollars. I never heard of a place that would charge me just to check the diagnostic. THEN SHE SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME A TEXT THE NEXT DAY ABOUT THE RESULT. On that night I CALLED MY WARRANTY THEY SAID THAT I SHOULD BE COVER BUT THIS MINI MANHATTAN SAID I IT WONT. ANYWAY THESE PLACE TRIED CHARGING ME OVER 6K please look at the pictures. Just to fix the sunroof and front break rotator and rear break. They also claim that my oils is due, which I change it 3 months ago. I came to this place just to check my sunroof that’s all I ask. Then they tried giving me a discount over 3k plus. Ummm no thank you. Please review my pictures as proof. I went to different auto shop and they charge me less than 900 dollars for all of the issue. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE.

MINI of Manhattan Service has relocated to BMW of Manhattan Service. The service area is accessible via 58th Street ramp. All communication and updates were communicated via text message. We visited the service center for a footwell module recall, which was completed within a day. Upon pickup, the vehicle was thoroughly washed, which was a pleasant surprise.
