My first time using this shop, found them on Groupon. Had an oil change with premium filter and synthetic oil. Victor, the manager, explained everything he was doing, gave me a break on the premium filter (not covered by Groupon) and gave me a head's up on some other maintenance that needs to be done soon. I wasn't subjected to a heavy upsell on additional products and services, and I was in and out of there in under 15 minutes. Michael, who guided me into the bay and conducted the safety check, was courteous and professional. Will definitely be back!

Great experience at this location. The manager was very helpful with my car and didn’t just change the oil. they also gave me recommendations for what my car needed. The manager spoke to me and explained everything in detail. Very happy. I will be back

Quick service and friendly employees. But DON’T TRUST THE GROUPON. The owner scammed on the groupon (says $24 for oil change) but they additionally charge $19 for another filter, shop charges, and taxes - this is not stated on the groupon so it’s a hidden fee when you get to the shop.

Great Oil change shop. Quick and no hassle. Technician very knowledgeable about vehicle maintenance information. No pressure on needed equipment- wiper blades, air filter, marker bulbs etc. Topped off all fluids and checked tires. Very professional and courtious service. Credit card machine out of paper - no receipt given. However, they did offer a e-mailed receipt for " paperless" billing. Will return and recommend!!

Horrible experience.!! I would give -5 for extremely dissatisfied. !! I went yesterday with Groupon coupon, which I purchased the coupon on same day. They said, you need to wait for 24 hours before using it, which is fine. Again I went today. I parked the vehicle at working station and went to rest room. THE VEHICLE WAS READY WHEN I CAM FROM REST ROOM, WHIHCH TOOK HARDLY 2-3 MINUTES. I don’t know, what they changed and inspected within 2-3 minutes. I was asking about this 15 point check to the guy with pimple on his face. He was very much irresponsive to answer my questions and so rude when I am asking more questions. He don’t know, how to behave to customers, but they know very well how to fool us. If you go here with Group-on, they will treat you like, they are providing the service at free of cost. Also he didn’t provide any receipt for what he checked and what he changed. I believe, he didn’t changed anything on my car, as I didn’t feel any smoothness in my car after this service. Very disappointed. If 5 star is extremely satisfied, I’d give -5 star for extremely dissatisfied.

Good customer service. All workers were respectful. Best oil change spot in bridgeport by far. They didn’t try to sell me things i didn’t need and they didn’t over charge me. They took care of me. Definitely recommend this place if you want good customer service and don’t want to get ripped off.

Total disaster. I came here (against the advice of my father who had a bad experience here) to get my oil changed because I thought the dealership price of $100 was high and I was in the area. Price for a synthetic oil change "seemed to be" $79. It wasn't until after the oil change was completed that I was told it was $139!!!!! Whatever... waste of $40 but the real kicker was a day later when the check engine light came on. I popped the hood and saw that the air filter that they had removed to try to sell me another one was jammed back into the air filter box, bent, and 2 of the 4 screws were missing. There was a large gap in the cover letting unfiltered air into the engine. I am furious. Who knows what else they did.

Horrible attitude and service. The place was empty, but yet, they did not want to be bothered. I had to drive the car into and out of the bay myself. Also, I asked if there were specials, he says, " I don't know". I found an special at half the price and the guy told me, the oil had been changed already!!!! 15 point inspection done in less than five minutes. Never offered to show the old oil filter, or show me the air filter. Overall stinky attitude

This place is amazing with awesome customer service. I went back in early October when I needed an oil change. They did that for a great low cost and even did a free check of all other parts of my car, and filled all my fluids for me! I am definitely coming back here anytime I need help with my car while at Uni and I recommend that everyone does the same.

My new go-to oil change service station. I discovered this place on Groupon last year, and returned yesterday. The young men Julio and Alfredo gave great customer service. They were courteous and professional. I didn’t receive all that nonsense other oil change service stations lay on you. They gave my car the attention it needed. Update: The service went rock bottom! When I finally told them I had paid for my services through Groupon this time, the technicians ran from my car like cockroaches when the lights came on! The young man at the computer got upset with me for not indicating it from the beginning. I said you never gave me a chance. All they did was change the oil, give me a new filter and tried to sell me an air filter I didn’t need. They didn’t bother to check the other fluids or my tires. I refuse to give this place my business ever again! They changed for the worse, it’s a shame.

I’ve been twice, the first time on a Groupon and I loved them so much I went back again today without one. It’s a great deal either way, the service is prompt, and the employees are actually kind and personable. I experienced no high pressure sales or dishonesty. As a woman, I usually hate going for oil changes, but now that I’ve found Minit Lube I’ll actually be going back on time!

These guys used to be good. This time they wouldn't honor a coupon and changed the oil, but didn't check any of the other fluids, tire pressure, wiper blades, etc. Not sure what happened here. UPDATE: I went in the other day to give them another chance (over a year later) and they refused to service the vehicle because I gave them a bad Google review. Oh well, I tried...

Disappointing service today. I have been here a few times and I’m not sure if I ever come back. I’m giving 2 stars because they did change my oil but did nothing else. The 15 point check is a joke. They didn’t even check tire pressure until I asked them to, which they did reluctantly. Like I was asking for something out of norm. I understand that is is an express service but I didn’t see them checking any levels of any other fluids. They didn’t check headlights, or filters. I’m not even sure if they drained the entire old oil before they put new one in cause they were getting me out so fast. I don’t even trust that they put the kind of oil I paid for. Like I said, it’s not my first oil change and not the first service here but today, I feel like they did absolute bare minimum.

From the moment we pulled in the parking lot Annette greeted us in the parking lot before I had a chance to get out of my truck. She directed us to pull rt in for an oil change, checked our truck over before we head back home 450/500 miles. The manager and the crew did great work very quickly and got us back on the road while working safely. Great Crew and Excellent service!!!
