I am so very happy and pleased with Mission Hills Auto. Appointment scheduling was a breeze. The guys in the front area are fantastic. the initial investigation of problems I documented were done quickly and they provided photos of what they discovered. Estimates were provided for each issue. The cost of each repair was given and very reasonable. Repairs were done quickly and successfully. I definitely recommend using them and plan to continue using them.for future needs. Fred is great....

Excellent! Our car broke down in front of the shop and thank goodness we found this business. We are not from the area and stressed out how to manage the repair and drive back home. The staff worked hard to repair our car in the same day so we did not have to alter our travel. Also, repair ended up costing less than original estimate. This is a very trustworthy and efficient repair shop. I recommend this business 100%.

These guys have been a Godsend!! No joke. I had a terrible mobile repair outfit called NOVO REPAIR annihilate my vehicle with their absolute incompetence. So unfortunately I had to take my vehicle into a quality and reputable shop but I was very nervous about choosing the right one and thank God I did choose the right one! These guys have been professional, empathetic, and on point with their service. It would be impossible for me to convey how good they are but they are simply a top notch shop if your vehicle needs a repair. Evan the service writer is the best at his job I have ever come across and I have come across many of them and Randy the owner is as good a business owner as you will find anywhere so long story short I have a highly highly recommend these guys! Terrible, terrible, terrible! Not professional definitely no service, STAY AWAY! They installed the wrong parts, caused me damage of 5,000$, and nobody care. I live in LA, my rear differential in my Ram 1500 4x4 broke, I towed my car to them. They said it will be 4,000$ to replace it with used one. Fine, what can I do? They replaced the rear axle as a whole, a couple of months later I tried to use the 4x4 (it's a work car I'm not really using it), and the car was feeling like it getting hits and made crazy noice, than stopped. I towed it to my mechanic in LA, and after couple of days of diagnosing, he found out they installed a back differential ratio of 3.21when it needed to be 3.55!!! Caused the transfer box damaged, and the front differential gears as well, I had to replace both. My mechanic did 3 times what they did and charged me about the same. and the WORST PART is they didn't care, the owner (Randy) never called me, nearly returned my emails. Even after I sent him all the proof he asked for, and even a video of my mechanic proving the wrong ratio on the car. THEY EXPLOITED ME, THEY OVERCHARGED ME AND THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB CORRECTLY

These guys are not only the most knowledgeable Mechanics in San Diego - they’re also the most trustworthy. I know for a fact, that unfair practices and price-gouging are fire-able offenses - the owner will not stand for anything but exemplary customer service and true value. If they can't fix your car - it's not broken!

I’ve brought my Corvette here several times for routine maintenance. I’m fairly particular about who works on my car, but they’ve always done excellent work. My car has never come back damaged or dirty, and they've always discussed the parts I want put in. Their communication is professional, with timely updates on progress and completion. Pricing is a bit on the higher side (their hourly labour rate is comparable to the Chevy dealer), but that’s expected for a high-quality shop in a neighbourhood like Mission Hills. If you live in the area, I'd definitely recommend them!

This place is respected and loved by all in the region because of their honesty, and the excellent repairs they do on vehicles. We had a serious issue with our exhaust system and they did an amazing job of expert welding and getting it done right! Evan has walked us through so many service issues with both of our cars, and we appreciate his dedication to keep updating on the service trajectory when we have brought our cars in! Evan always thoroughly reviews all options and costs for repairs, and has diligently saved us money when he could, and told us truthfully when after market parts would not work on our cars, and why that is! Anyways, they have a large staff of excellent mechanics and keep appointments humming along. We like their online appt. system that shows real time availability of appts. Truly an A+ automotive center with polite and caring service reps!

They explained everything clearly and got it taken care of — my car now runs smoothly again.
