Victor and the rest of his team are a class act. Yesterday (Black Friday) i brought my car in to have an oil change and a battery terminal cleaning. Unfortunately the corrosion on the terminal connector was so far gone, it literally disintegrated while it was being worked on. This is quite a problem as I was unable to start my car without assistance. I knew i had to get it fixed immediately, cause if i turned off the engine i would not be able to restart the car without a jump. The team at Walmart not only jumped my car so i could go purchase a replacement terminal, but they also waited for me to return, and then installed the new terminal without a hint of frustration. This isnt the sort of behavior you would expect to receive on the busiest shopping day of the year. Rather than attitude I was met with kindness. It was refreshing to such team work and commitment to customer service.

Was here for an oil change, book a reservation if you can. I've been at noon reservation visits and reservation your visits the time is extremely different. Enjoyed hanging out while they worked on the vehicle. Grabbed some good games. Note, they are automotive technicians not mechanics, they will change your oil, change your tires, etc. But not repair your engine or other more mechanical/electrical problems. They are good for what they are, the prices are listed and fair.

awful, after changing the oil the whole interior of the car was dirty all the door handles were in oil even the windshield was in drops of oil, how is that even possible? there were oil leaks under the hood, how is it that the whole interior was in oil, greasy and in drops? they generally work without gloves and do not wash their hands! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Save your self money and time. Auto center has nefarious practice to generate more money. I brought my car in for an oil change. I scheduled an appointment for a basic oil change. When I arrive the employee working asked are you here for x oil change. I said yes not realizing he up sold me. Whatever, not a big deal since it's my fault for not fully listening. Well the issue arose that my car was leaking oil. I didn't realize it until a while later and my cousin decides to check it out. Well guess what, they did not put the oil filter in correctly and did not screw the oil pan in correctly as well. So the tray was filled with oil. So I paid for the premium oil change to not even get an real oil change but for more issues to occur. I called customer service which they were no help and lied to me twice until a manager spoke to me basically telling me that I only had 2 options to resolve the issue and the third option I was referencing did not exist. So that's how I knew I got lied to. After jumping throw many hopes I had to return to the store to try to resolve the issue in person. When I was fed up I just asked for a refund and when the lead scanned my invoice, the amount that the system indicated for a refund was the cost of a basic oil change even though I paid almost 70 dollars. So yeah very nefarious practices happening here and things don't add up. Avoid at all cost. Suggest waiting for a coupon to a better auto center and use that. Even if you're going to pay more at another place, at least you won't be cheated.

The tire and lube staff do good work and are fairly fast and efficient getting tires and other work completed. However, the front desk is desperately understaffed, and cannot keep up with the phone calls and the people waiting to be served. Lots of wasted time waiting for the manager to fix even the smallest problem.

This was the worst experience Iโve ever had at a tire center. Thereโs a reason they have a 2.7-star rating. From the beginning, it was clear they didnโt care either way, they were getting paid. Even the manager, Joe, didnโt seem capable of managing the situation. He and Frankie were arguing and fighting with me instead of helping for over 35 minutes while they sat around doing nothing, even though any private tire shop couldโve handled the issue in 30 minutes. Definitely the worst experience ever.

Giving Walmart a five star review it took me a minute because Iโve been on the go go go, but yesterday I ran into an employee there by the name of Luis and let me mentioned Iโm just a customer, So I donโt really know him, but what I do know is that he has great customer service and I like how he interacts with customers and employees super neat. Luis also mentions on how Walmart has the unbeatable prices but I mean is almost like I am in a walmart commercial with Luis. Is so true walmart prices are unbeatable!!! Thank you Luis!

I had a terrible experience at this Auto Center and highly recommend you find another business to spend your money. I purchased a pair of tires online to get installed at this location. The check-in process was extremely slow: They had a young man that was under 20 years old that seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. He told me to park in one spot and then I was told 10 minutes later to move my car to another spot. One of the mechanics had trouble finding my tires but when he did find them I was told they didn't have the machine to install them. Keep in mind during this entire process, I was holding my 9-month-old daughter under the impression that I was just going to drop my keys off, go shopping at Walmart, and then return with my tires installed. I was told they couldn't install the tires but I would get a refund. I paid nearly $450 for the tires and installation and then was told that I would only get around $400 back because the rest was not refundable. After talking to the manager, he made a phone call to get the extra $50 that I was due back because that $50 goes to, "Walmart online," which is a separate department from the Auto Center. I will give credit where credit is due. The manager was very patient and professional with me despite my obvious anger at the inconvenience and waste of an hour of my time and the need to still schedule tire installation for another day. As well, I found the mechanic who was looking for my tires professional and competent. I do not place any blame on the auto center employees. The manager explained that they were in the process of upgrading their equipment. I do find it remarkably incompetent that Walmart would allow me to purchase tires for insulation at a facility that doesn't have the proper equipment to install them. I've considered taking my business to Costco instead and will do just that now.

I called to check on pricing for purchase and installation of 4 tires. The person who answered the phone was adversarial from the start. He said he could not look up my vehicle, and I had to provide the specific tire sizes myself. Okay, fine, lemme find out. Once I found the information, I was told that he could not give me pricing because they didn't have that size tire in stock, and that I would have to go online to search for tires in order to find pricing. Tires are not my expertise, this is why I called you. Every other tire shop I've contacted looked up my vehicle, and gave me pricing for all available options (even those that had to be ordered) and explained the benefits of the different options. Waste of time, I won't be working with Walmart Auto centers.

they broke the button in the glove compartment of my car, that is, these idiots were rummaging through my thingsโฆ DO NOT COME HERE!!! otherwise you will lose 2-3 hours!!!! the people working here are unprofessional, the manager should find a replacement for them, when I arrived the time was 05:00pm, there were 3 cars in front of me for an oil change, so you understand the oil change of one car in any car service takes no more than 30 minutes. considering that they had 3 replacement sites. and 4 cars in line, I was supposed to get my car within an hour, BUT THEY INTENTIONALLY DELAYED THEIR WORK SO AS TO SERVE AS FEW CARS POSSIBLE, I stood waiting for 2.5 hours, the people who arrived after me were denied service, thatโs another absurdity that they already closed two sites at 6 pm so as not to accept anyone after me, although they could have easily accepted. In a word, they took their time so much that I had to wait for almost 3 hours although there were only 3 cars in front of me when I arrived at 5 pm

Well, this is my first and last review about this auto center and probably I will never be back. I bought 2 tires 3 weeks ago and yesterday one of them popped right on the highway. I almost crashed. called them and they told no warranty for them and I have to buy new one. So be careful, it is better to pay higher price than die somewhere because of these cheep tires.

I scheduled an appointment to replace two trailer tires and arrived on time. Instead of providing the service, I was told to take the tires home and install them myself. The staffโs attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, and we were treated in a discriminatory manner. To make things worse, I was later told that only one tire was actually in stock. If the tires were not available, there was no reason to tell me everything was ready. This experience wasted two hours of my time and left me feeling disrespected.

3-4hrs wait is crazy. And they skipped my car. Plus there is an employee cursing out. All he was saying is against Chinese people, and I think he assumped me and my uncle are chinese but we are not. Heโs a little Asian dude tho, but cursing out the N-word everytime he yelled. Walmart needs to take a look at this tho, this is considered a big Racism and Harassment.

Complaint About Extremely Poor Service Experience I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store located at 3382 Murphy Canyon Rd, San Diego, CA 92123. I had a confirmed appointment at 10:00 AM for a tire replacement. However, upon arrival, the staff spent nearly one full hour just trying to locate the tires. By 11:00 AM, they had only managed to find one single tire, which is completely unacceptable for an appointment-based service. During this time, I was towing a trailer, and different staff members kept asking me to move my vehicle to different parking spots. Four different employees gave me four different parking instructions, causing unnecessary inconvenience and confusion. This was extremely unprofessional and disruptive. Even worse, despite having an appointment specifically to install the tires, I was later told that they would not install the tires for me at all. This is beyond frustrating and honestly feels like a joke. If you cannot honor scheduled appointments, then appointments should not be offered in the first place. The staffโs attitude was very unfriendly, and even attempting to return the tires required additional waiting. Eventually, I was told to take the tire and leave, without any proper solution or apology. This experience showed a complete lack of organization, responsibility, and customer service. I have decided that I will never choose this store again, nor purchase any products from them in the future. I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Very disappointing experience.

Well I walked in to have 2 tires changed and was told there is a 3 to 4 hr wait. That seems alot considering this is a big brand store. I see they have everything to do the job and the service write was nice to deal with. So I think the problem is with upper management on how time is used or process. Any ways I found a mom and pop place accidentally that was great. So if you are told to wait then may be give these guys a try. They will be my go to shop. Our time is valuable and especially when you dont have a ride home if you decided to wait that long then this place is not right. May be there appt system is better.
