Phone number on the map doesn't appear to be correct, or if it is, we left a message and never heard back. Website specifies of 3 day window to sign up for an inspection, which is a logistical nightmare for anyone coming from out of town. Contact button on the website seems to just take information but not let us send an inquiry. Overall, that's a deal killer--customers from out of town shouldn't have to work so hard to pay these people $500.

Premier RV inspections inspected a RV for me that I was planning on buying from camping world. The inspection identified a number of issues that were not identified by the dealership. The inspection also identified that the dealership had the unit listed as the wrong year model. I was very pleased with the inspection. I would recommend everyone get an inspection prior to purchasing a RV. Premier RV inspections does a great job and I recommend them to anyone. It can save you a lot of money.

We used Premier RV Inspections when we bought our second motor home and really wish we had used them for our first one. They were able to schedule us for a time that worked for us, we were able to be there and interact with the inspector, so we learned so much about our RV. He was really great and it was a very positive experience. Their prices are reasonable and their cancel/change policy is better than most. We already knew enough at the end of the inspection to go ahead with the sale, but we also had the complete 187 page written report(with pictures) by the next morning. This would be so helpful to someone buying an RV far away and that would not be able to go see it before making an offer. We would highly recommend this company if you are buying any RV!

My husband and I were wintering in Texas when we had the opportunity to purchase a used motorhome in Florida. We contacted primer RV inspections to conduct a pre purchase inspection on the coach. I wanted to buy a camper in GA, but needed it inspected. I live in NC. Danielle talked to me about the services provided, booked an inspector and had the job finished, but the time the other firm I called returned my call. Seller said that inspector was very courteous and easy to work with. I received a report on the condition of the camper and am now in the process of purchasing. Cannot recommend them enough.

Premier RV Inspections was not responsive nor timely to complete my inspection. I purchased my inspection on July 10. I had a 3rd party person set up to make sure the inspector and the RV were correctly configured. I never heard from the inspector even though I specifically requested he call me prior to and after the inspection was completed. The inspector didn't call the 3rd party until July 17th and said he was coming at 5:30PM that day to perform the inspection. He did show up, late. He completed the inspection. He told the 3rd party that was on site the report was submitted on July 17, I didn't receive it until July 21. Then the report had a major error. The report said there were soft spots in the floor but didn't state where. When I requested clarification, they said it was JUST AN ERROR on the report. I was ready to cancel the purchase based on this finding. Considering it took 4 days to deliver the report I would have expected it would have been proofed before delivering it. I found Premier RV Inspections through National Vehicle, where the RV was listed for sale. I would NOT recommend Premier RV Inspections.
