I drive by this shop a couple of times a week. Our Vehicle was long overdue for some motor mounts and a couple of minor issues. Our regular mechanic is very competent, but super expensive, and charges book labor rates. I stopped in and met Peter in person, and explained my needs. We made arrangements the next day to leave the car. All work completed by early afternoon, for a good fair price. This man is honest and clearly his team is very good. This will be my go to shop from now on.

Superb customer service, I was helped by Peter who I was informed via other reviews of being an excellent mechanic. He explained everything and was effective in communicating to my car’s needs. The staff at One Stop are professional and detail oriented. They very kindly explain everything you need to know about your vehicle, what needs to be done and the timeline in which it will be done. They were straight forward and reasonable about pricing and worked very efficiently. I would recommend their services to any family member or friend; in fact my mother is going to bring one of her vehicles in now after observing their knowledgeable professionalism when she brought me to get my car.

One word: Great! Truly great customer service from the moment I called them and requested a quote for my breaks. I mentioned that they had been grinding and Peter told me to come in as soon as possible. I went in to get my car serviced and he offered me a fair price, showed me the parts that were worn out and explained the solution. The work took about two hours or less to replace my front breaks and rotors. I will be back to replace my rear breaks as well since Peter and his team did a great job.

Fantastic service. Friendly and professional. My car broke down 3 hours away from home on a Friday evening. The first mechanic I went to wouldn't even look at my car until Monday. So I called one stop auto center and they were willing to look at my car on Friday and it was fixed by Saturday morning. He not only fixed the issue but he looked at the entire car and told me of other issues that it had that I had missed. My car runs great. I had not noticed how bad it had gotten but now that I have it back it's like driving a cloud. If I ever need a mechanic in the area again I will definitely go to them.

I'll recommend not to trust them. The first time, I ordered the painting service. That's horrible. They just painted my car on the street with dirt and wind blew. You can imagine what the painting looks like. I told them it's not acceptable, but Peter just kept saying that will be fine after two weeks. You know what, it's almost two years later. Nothing changed to better but worse. The second time, my car engine got squeaky noise. He told me that's the water pump. They changed it and charged me $475. But a few days later, the noise comes out again. He said that's the idler pulley. Okay. Another $75. This time the noise was gone longer-- two weeks. I called them, they told me Peter went to vacation for two weeks. The biggest mistake is I should not go back after the painting problem. I hope you can see my experience. Good luck

Peter and his team are awesome! So many times getting your car worked on it takes forever, even for something relatively simple, not here. My alternator went out on my Toyota matrix around 2 pm and got my car towed to one stop auto. Peter told me he would do everything he could to have it done by the end of the day. 5pm he tells me its ready to pickup! Showed me the readings of the old and new alternator which is always cool.
