Their price to replace my windshield was so much lower than their competitors that I was worried the quality would be poor, but I took a chance, and I am SO glad I did! The windshield they initially put in had a defect, so I brought it in to them and they stood by their work and replaced it for a new windshield without any hassle whatsoever. And the employees were incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend these guys.

Incredible service, I worked with Victor and he gave me a very easy to understand rundown of what needed to be done to replace my car window after it got smashed in. Ordered the parts and fixed it in record time. Took pictures for me for the relevant parts in the interior that would need a check up at some point. Awesome place for tint and glass repair. This is the second time I've been here. The first time they replaced my passenger side window for my 2007 Toyota 4Runner after someone broke into my car. They did a great job with matching the existing tint on the rest of the vehicle. The second time I went in for a windshield replacement for my 2016 Nissan Rouge. They were able to get me in the following morning and they were done in about 30 minutes.

Okay, so my rear view mirror fell off and left a big hole in the windshield which then cracked. Ugh. I have exactly zero insurance coverage for this event. So I called around for repair shops and prices. Prices for the same windshield vary widely. There may be USA made glass out there, like Guardian, but most of the stuff is now made in China. Low Cost gave me a great price, had my windshield in stock and set up an appointment. We arrived and our vehicle was taken into the shop right on time. The replacement actually took less than the hour we were expecting. The staff was friendly and the price quoted over the phone was the price we paid. So I have my new windshield in place. They give a lifetime guarantee on the workmanship. I don't believe the glass has any warranty, but my last windshield only came with a year and then failed afterwards. So for the price and performance, they are recommended by me!

These guys are great. It took them only about 30 min to install a brand new windshield on my car (they has a customer no show so two employees worked on my car). They were able to beat another quote by about $150. The install was great. They used the same brand windshield as the factory OEM one (same acoustic and DOT standards). What brings them over the top was they reinstalled the mount for my dash cam, without even asking. Excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from this place. Last week I had my 2024 there to fix a cracked windshield. Victor didn't put any covering over my hood and scratched the paint, likely from the rivet of his jeans leaning across the car. I cleaned and waxed the area but the scratches are still visible. In addition, my driver's side windshield wiper now smacks against the frame, and even using Goo Gone there's still residue from the cheap tape he used on the black glass trim above the windshield. At least the windshield doesn't leak after a thorough washing.
