My “Service Agent” Brian Buckner! Brian has a unique quality you don’t find in millennials today. So many people complain these days, but today I want to show my appreciation to someone and hope you will as well, he works at INFINITY OF KEARNY MESA in the Infinity customer service department. His name is Brian Buckner, he is an exceptional person and he’s has some fantastic qualities that are rare to find these days. Brian is always pleasant when I walk in for any type of service, it doesn’t matter if the job will be big or small. As a customer he always makes me feel special, like I was important. Brian projects a nice feeling in the room, he’s happy and eager to be there helping his customers and doing his job. There’s just something special and infectious, about this young man’s attitude and personality. He’s got a gift of being a personable guy who welcomes you in the service area no matter who you are. Honestly Infinity” company has a great dependable person like Brian. Management should do everything possible to keep him working and hopefully letting him know and understand his value to the Infinity corporation. Mir Mirzad helped us get the family car of our dreams! From the start he was informative, patient, and never pushy. He kept in touch and eventually got us a deal we couldn’t pass up. My partner even surprised me when Mir personally delivered our Infiniti QX60 to our house! While prepping the car for delivery, the passenger window was accidentally cracked. Mir was completely upfront about it. Mir scheduled the repair, and even handled the loaner car for the day all while it being his day off. My experience with Infiniti of Kearny Mesa has been extremely disappointing overall, though I want to acknowledge Adam, my service representative, for his professionalism and effort to help. Adam has been courteous, communicative, and clearly doing his best within the limits of dealership management decisions. Unfortunately, the issue lies beyond his control. I brought my vehicle in because the turbo failed, which is clearly covered under warranty. However, instead of honoring the warranty and replacing the turbo, the service department is insisting that I pay out-of-pocket to repair another issue first — an issue that is a direct malfunction caused by the failing turbo itself. They’re essentially refusing to replace a covered part unless I pay to fix the damage the turbo created when it failed. That makes absolutely no sense and feels like a deliberate attempt to avoid responsibility and push unnecessary costs on the customer. As a loyal Infiniti owner, I expected transparency, honesty, and integrity — especially from a luxury brand dealership. Unfortunately, this location has shown none of that. I truly hope Infiniti Corporate looks into this situation — because customers deserve better than this.

Horrible experience after years of loyal patronage at the former location of Kearney Mason, Infinity, I recently brought my car in for a recall and at the same time asked for two items to be checked with the extended warranty coverage to see if they were covered and if that weren’t covered, I did not want to do any repairs. Mistake I should have noticed the $400 charge when I gave them the vehicle. I have been so trustworthy with my service technician for so many years. I guess I got lacked in my oversight. Got a call from the dealership saying to me that the extended warranty does not cover the items and that they were gonna charge me $200 for their ““ diagnosis of one item and not any diagnosis for the other one because they didn’t find it operating incorrectly the item that they charge me $200 diagnostic fee also operated correctly. It had a problem some months ago intermittently that’s why I wanted to see if it would be covered. I feel like I’ve been ripped off for $200. In addition, they tried to tell me that there was a check engine code for an EV unit and when I refuse to have them repair it, they wipe the code out so I could see that it didn’t exist in the first place highly unprofessional perhaps some people receive a level of service or satisfied with, but I can tell you as one Customer, who has been going here for I think the better part of a decade I will never bring another vehicle here unless the situation is rectifiedalso be careful because they take photocopies of your drivers license and credit cards and are non-PCI compliant in doing so the coffee machines have memories that keep records of copies made. Here’s a little addition just got on the freeway heading home and noticed that the hood was coming up a little bit so pulled over to latch the hood because Apparently, even this task is difficult To complete. Upon opening the hood, I noticed the following fasterwas missing from their multi point inspection looking at the air Cleaners they couldn’t even put it back together correctly something So simple as this. Luckily, as you can see in the photo I located it and was able to reattach it. Unbelievable.
