Honest and helpful. He didn't charge me for checking why my engine light had turned on just two days after my oil change. It was the catalytic converter, but he thought it might be a faulty signal since my car is less than ten years old. So he turned off the check engine light and told me if it turned on again, then it might be a legit issue. From the time I pulled up and drove off, I was only there for 10 minutes. So glad he provided prompt customer service and was willing to tell me the problem free of charge.

Wouldn't trust my car to any other shop. Very friendly, honest, trustworthy staff. They explain what needs to be done before they do any work and have always done great work with no problems. They always go above and beyond to help with your automotive needs. I had lights go on in the dash panel a fews times, they checked it out and fixed the problem with no charge. They truly do care about the customer and not just the money, very rare. I highly recommend Greenlight, they are awesome!

Edited, below is my new review. We used to take our Acura here for all our services. I think they may have sold a couple years ago and have moved to a new location. The old owner was super honest and his prices were really good. I recently brought it in for the AC and a brake inspection. The brakes were quoted at $1,274.24. For the AC they couldn't find anything wrong with the AC and it would just cost us $241.97 to service and recharge. Since we are selling the car I decided to hold off and decide on what to do. I ended up ordering brake pads and rotors all the way around and doing it myself for $258.36. That's not the issue I had. Brakes are brakes and they have to make money. I get it. Where I have some issues is the over charge on the parts and then $608 in labor. The rear pads and rotors took me an hour and i don't have a lift and my tools are hand tools not compressor. Seems a little much to charge 4 hours of labor for it. My 2nd gripe and this is the one that's really driveling me to post this review. After doing the brakes I wanted to get the AC charged so I dropped it off at a different t shop by my work so I could walk to work while it's getting done. Shop called me after 20 min saying that the compressor was bad. Green light missed that, or didn't test it, and was perfectly happy charging me $241.97 for something that wasn't even going to fix the issue. Oh and this other shop was only $180 for the AC service and recharge. I won't be bring any of my cars back here again.

I don't know how they received anything less than five stars. Jerry and Frank are stars. I have been here a number of times and now my family goes too. I have been there a few times where they fixed the problem for free. On one occasion, I had bought a used car and there was some loose bolts I had no idea about and they fixed them when they were working on other things. Frank will tell me the best most effective way to fix a problem. For things they don't do (muffler, for example), they provide you with quality businesses to go to. They are my first choice. They are great people you can trust.

Been coming to Greenlight for years! Since Jerry had his location on Pacific Highway back in 2008. Me and my family bring all of our cars to Greenlight. The number 1 thing that is important is being able to trust your mechanic. Every time we bring our cars in, he’s always able to diagnose the problem and tell us his opinion on what he thinks we should do. In top of being honest, they do GREAT work. Jerry is great! My car recently had trouble starting and he was able to fit me into his busy schedule on short notice. Jerry was able to figure out that I needed a new battery and get a replacement installed within an hour, and followed up with me afterwards to make sure everything was still good with my car.
