Terrible service idk if understaffed or what but it's completely unprofessional that their mechanics are "Sick"they quoted 3 Weeks which turned into a month which turned into a month and two weeks with more "worker complications" between all of it I can not for the Life of me recommend this shop!!

Customer service/ the front desk is in need of someone who likesvdealing with people who need their cars repaired after a collision. Sheena is a terrible, terrible. I had a really bad experience. The work was perfect and awesome. Too badci havevto deal with bad customer service to have a great job done on my car.

I took my 2021 sienna to get the roof repaired. They keep telling me the car would be fix by a certain day an it wouldnt happen they keep changing the days. After weeks of waiting they finally gave me my car back. When I inspected the work they had done, I noticed they had fix the dents on the roof but they had created a lot of new damaged, and said nothing about it thinking I wouldnt notice. The body shop guy left around 30 small dent and said nothing, I told them about it and they said they would fix it. After a couple of days they gave me the car back, they used PDR to remove the small dents that where still visible, and they left paint bubbles and paint imperfections, they said I would have to leave it more time to re sand and paint again. I decided to take my car as is, never going back to that body shop. Never take your car to a dealership they are thiefs and liers. 100 dont recomend.

This is the second time I've used this Collision Center for repairs to my car from an accident that was at no fault of my own. This second time, when I called in to make an appt, Ray's first question was "is everyone okay"? The other insurance company wanted to give me a check for damages but with Ray's expertise, he made sure my car was good to go! Great team here! The young gal at the front desk is helpful too!

I recently bought a brand new car from Norm Reeves, and just 20 days later, I was unfortunately in a front-end accident. Not knowing much about the repair process, I trusted Norm Reeves Collision to handle the repairs and took my car back to them. Unfortunately, I've now had to bring my car in four separate times, and it’s still not fully fixed. The main issue has been with the bumper installation, which is still not aligned or properly installed. It's been a frustrating and time-consuming experience, especially considering how new my vehicle is. I had higher expectations from a dealership service center and hope this matter can be resolved soon. I would appreciate better quality control and communication going forward.

I just recently bought a brand new car from Norm Reeves and 2 days later I was rear-ended. I took my car back to have the repairs done. I have never been in an accident before so I didn't know how it worked. Francisco was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I asked a lot of questions and I like things in writing and I like things to be shown to me not just told over the phone. He was great at accommodating me. He walked me through every step of the repair. He was also able to get all original Toyota parts. And even introduced me to Mitchell the mechanic who did the repairs. Happy to say my car looks brand new again. I am 100 percent happy with my decision to bring my car to Norm Reeves collision. I want to thank everyone again for all your hard work getting my car fixed and looking beautiful again!

I brought my truck into Norm Reeves Collision Center and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The repair work was top-notch. Brandon really went above and beyond, keeping me updated the whole time and making sure every detail was taken care of. He made the whole process move seamless while dealing with a difficult insurance company. The front desk receptionist was also awesome, super friendly and professional, which really set the tone when I first walked in. Overall, amazing experience. Great people, great service, and excellent quality work. Highly recommend if you ever need your vehicle taken care of!

Unfortunately my car had minor damage due to someone recklessly grazing their shopping cart scratching the side of my vehicle. I saw the convince of submitting photos of the damages online to get a quote and estimate breakdown. When I later received the link, I was surprised with a 2,400 plus quote for a simple paint/ tiny pebble sized dent repair. Which is way more than what our insurance estimated us. My significant other and I were concerned and had very important questions that any person would have. The actual itemized list only listed the charges per HOUR for parts, body labor, paint labor, mechanical labor, paint, body supplies, and miscellaneous. Which the rates are ridiculously priced! Not for each item. I understand this is an estimate online, however we just needed more clarification. We called frustrated because all we want to do is take care of our vehicle. Brandon picked up the phone and the whole conversation with him from start to finish was aimless and arrogance lingered while we were expressing our concerns. I understand, dealing with frustrated people sucks, however we were just trying to find some guidance. Brandon told us that our estimate was itemized and what did we have a question on. We had a question on everything because it was not broken down by price! Only by the hour! I stayed calm and asked to speak to the collision advisor who wrote my estimate. After several attempts Brandon kept talking over me and then ended up laughing on the phone out of frustration because I did not want to work with him anymore. Francisco was kind enough to come to our level of need and explain the estimate. I don’t agree with the estimate however it is not hard to be understanding. The laughing at our situation was extremely unprofessional. They lost business from us completely. I’m so disappointed in this center and this Toyota as a whole.
