I had a bit of an issue with my car not starting after they changed my oil. While I did get a little upset, the good news is they tested my battery and it was low and I will be able to replace it under warranty from where I originally bought it. So thank you and I apologize..... The staff works hard and tries hard and I will continue to be a valued customer like I have for decades under several different ownerships

Sooo I just moved to the area from out west. And being a new environment not knowing anyone or anything, it can be a little scary and frustrating. I packed everything and drove to my new home here in Greenwich. So naturally I was due for an oil change. I stumbled across this unique and innovative service station. To my surprise I am required pass an emissions test if I wanted to transfer my plates so there’s another challenge in finding an emissions testing site. However this service station also had the testing site soooo convenient. I arrived right at 7:30 when they opened Emmy the manager was so vibrant and knowledgeable and suggesting what type of oil and preventative maintenance was needed to keep my car in tip top shape. The whole experience took about 10 minutes WOW. I am so surprised because I only bring my car to the dealership. And we all know how long it takes when you go thru the dealership it takes forever and an absolute waste of time. Once I was finished I drive back around to get my emissions testing Orlando was able to get me in and out under 5 minutes. The speed, professionalism, and hospitality that I received here is second to none. And one more thing that I absolutely loved about the site is that when you walk into the convenience store the delicious smell of movie popcorn just hits you. Anyways in the famous words of Arnold Schwarzenegger’s, The Terminator, “I’ll Be Back”!!!!!

I took my car to get a simple oil change. Oil change was taking a significantly long time and the 2 guys looked to be having a hard time. As soon as I pulled out of the parking lot after the oil change, my oil pressure light went on. I went right back and they looked at again and said everything was fine. Pulled out again and oil pressure light went on again and then a few minutes later my engine light. Had to end up getting my car towed and a new oil pump put in. Needless to say I won’t be going back there for an oil change.

My 1991 Nissan Maxima was over 1500 miles and i desperately needed a quick oil change. I live in NY and commute to Stamford daily. I found this place on google and decided to get my oil change done on my lunch break. I got there, rep told me 10-15 mins. I got in, they dumped the oil to find out they don’t have the correct filter in stock. The manager Silvio immediately advised me of the situation and offered to drive me to work while he figures this out. Not only did he drive me to work, they delivered my car to my office a couple of hours! That manager deserves a promotion and raise within this organization. Phenomenal customer service.

What happened to this place ? Workers are still polite and nice but $179 for an oil and filter change on an old Audi , I don’t get it , since when ? The print report they give me said that tires pressure, wipers etc etc were checked , I was inside of the car and no body did that , I was a customer there for about 15 or 20 years , I just don’t work in Greenwich any more . It’s very disappointing .

I’ve bring all of my cars to this service station because they take good care of my vehicles. The staff is always smiling, helpful and not pushy. The service is always quick and efficient. It’s also my go-to spot for emissions testing, which is painless and fast too. Definitely check this place out.

Had my oil changed here last week while I was visiting family in the area for the holidays. Great experience at the shop; quick service, cute workers, reasonable prices, it was nice. However ~ I did have an issue with my car because of this visit. They mentioned that they had to take off the underbody cover to change my oil and they must not have reinstalled it correctly as part of the cover fell on my way home a few days later and is now dragging, so I now have to make another appointment somehwere back in Michigan. :( ~~update ~~ repair was a quick $20 fix, dealership advised the front right cover fell because the fasteners weren't done correctly

The most annoying thing with this store is that you can’t go in without being bombarded with be a coffee member business request and all that, trying to get your info so they can spam you with their car wash advertisements. It has gotten unbearable. Staff is nice and I know they are doing their job but man it’s just junk to a point that I refuse to go In despite the fact that they have descent coffee. Hey , owner , put a damn sign , we can read if we want your membership, it’s harassment, stop .

Wouldn’t accept a Groupon I purchased in October that expires in April. Bad business when you don’t honor your word. If they don’t do Groupon anymore they should still accept the ones that bought it before they decided not to do it anymore.

This is the most well organized gas and service station that I have ever personally experienced. This is evened impressive considering I visited another CT station a few days ago that was exactly the opposite—rude staff, dirty, confusing. This station is so well organized and customer-forward that I will be back here even though it is out of my way. Oil changes, car washes, take my money!

First of all, I never knew I’d ever have so much to rave about a simple oil change experience. But here I am happily writing a glowing review. These gentlemen really went out of their way to help me out when my car, up and died on me out of nowhere; really rare that a service center will go the extra mile the way these folks did. Franco and Nestor couldn’t have been nicer, and they had me back on the road in a few hours. I would recommend this shop to anyone, as well as plan to go back for future car service. With or without a Groupon- it is well worth the drive to me! I feel like it’s similar to finding a doctor, dentist, or hairstylist that you can happily put your trust into, it’s really tough to find a shop that you can trust to respectfully and honestly work on your car and I’m so glad I found this shop. I just wanted to thank everyone at Mobil 1 Oil Change for their hard work and dedication they put into servicing my car.
