Efrain is amazing. The night before Thanksgiving my battery died. I called amd received a call back quickly. He was with another clients vehicle. But advised me I would be next and of the cost. He was at least half of what the two other mechanics quoted me. He showed up when he said. Fixed my issues and was extremely helpful and nice about it. I plan to have him do my mechanical work in the future. You wont be disapointed with his work.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND EFRAIN! I was broken down in the middle of nowhere basically and Efrain went above and beyond to find the parts I needed and went out of his way 2hrs to reach me. No one else was willing to take the trip or they overcharged. Efrain gave a good price and was very dependable. He will forsure make sure he gets the job done the right way!!

Efrain is amazing. Today is Sunday January 2. My husband’s alternator went out in his Dodge Ram 3500. He delivers RV’s for Hoosier RVTranport. He is in Glendale Arizona and we live in the St Louis Mo area. We called Efrain today and he came out right away and in an hour and half Efrain had our truck running around. What wonderful service he provides. I wish there were more people in this like him. Thank you for your great work. He is very responsible on his pricing also

My car wouldn’t start, Efrain came out to my location after waiting almost 1 hour after the time he had given me. He took a look under my hood and diagnosed the problem as “alternator draining battery.” I said fine let’s get it fixed. He had no jumper cables so I had to buy some (first expense-$20). I got my car cranked and drove to the location I were staying. I went and purchased an alternator($520). It took Efrain all day to get back to helping me with my car after agreeing that he would come right away after I bought the part. So evening came and it seemed as if he was struggling to put the part on. He finally put the alternator on and the car still wouldn’t start and I had to get a jump from a stranger. I asked him several times would I need a battery and he told me I should be good with the new alternator. HE STARTED HIS SERVICE IS GOOD AND HIS WARRANTY IS GOOD FOR WHENEVER I FIND AN ISSUE. Well, car wouldn’t start once again. I texted Efrain to let him know and we discussed getting a battery early the next morning because it was important to get my car fixed. Efrain didn’t respond til mid day with a nonchalant response. I had to ask him if fixing my car was a concern of his after agreeing that he would. After spending money on a part and the problem still wasn’t fixed. I had to go get the battery($230) and he finally came to install. My car cranked and I was able to drive it for two weeks before it wouldn’t crank again. (I assume it was the new battery that allowed the two weeks of operation), I reached out to Efrain to let him know in several texts and HE LEFT ME ON READ. HAVEN’T HEARD ANYTHING BACK FROM HIM. I walked to get a car battery jumper and got my car to an Autozone and was told something wasn’t properly connected with my alternator. I let Efrain know and still no response. I guess I’ll have to take legal action. Now I have to take it to a professional to get it fixed correctly. More expenses.

We feel very fortunate to have found Efrain's service. Last Saturday we called him and he promptly scheduled us for that day. He came and after working on truck for about an hour he diagnosed what the problem was, (something 3 other mechanic outfits couldn't do, including a truck dealer). He helped us find where to get necessary parts. The next day we got the engine parts and Efrain came back and installed them. He then attached the gas tank which had been disconnected by a different outfit trying to diagnosis the problem. It is so reassuring to know that Efrain's is out there, a very professional company, prompt, honest, and knowlegeable. We highly recommend Efrain's 24 hour mobile service.

These guys are awesome. They did good work with my car, now they are my go to mechanics. The price is reasonable, the guys is honest and doesn’t overcharge you like these other mechanics, he understand what he’s doing and he make sure you understand also. I’ve used him twice now, and great experience both time. Keep up the good work.

On 09-28-2022 I handed Efrain Mendoza $180 cash to replace the battery in my vehicle. When he left I thought it was to purchase a battery and come back and replace it. I haven't seen Efrain since. There have been multiple phone calls and texts with excuses why he couldn't make the replacement that day, but no Efrain. I ended up contacting another service. The next day Efrian called me to say he was ready to replace the battery. I told him I already had someone else take care of that issue. Efrain Mendoza still has my $180. Nice scam. I could never recommend using this 'service'!

He changed out my starter on a Toyota Highlander, he is polite and very communicative. The prices are reasonable for being on call and mobile. My car was not starting, I called him He said he was busy but could make it to my house in about 3 hours. He didn’t show, the next day I called him again and he had no recollection of our previous conversation. He was able to show up within an hour and a half, he hooked up a small machine to my car but he didn’t understand the code or message it was giving him. He said my car wasn’t starting because of my starter. He replaced my starter. Once he got my car started he messily put all of the plastics back into my hood, and called it a day. I tried to drive my car, but I couldn’t put it into drive my car had a “break system override failure” message. I called him back, and he didn’t know what it could be, but if I paid for diagnostics this should have been caught by him and not me. I paid for the part, diagnostics and labor. About $580. He stated he did not have his computer and wouldn’t be able to diagnose until he had that. Overall I paid for the starter, and he replaced the starter which is why he gets 3 stars. The job wasn’t complete and I am now paying for a shop for diagnostics and repair. Seems like a good guy, possibly overwhelmed with work.

My wife and daughter flew to Phoenix to buy a vintage RV. Immediately after the purchase, the battery died. I found Efrain online (I was 1000 miles away) and he came to work on the vehicle. Replaced battery and alternator. However, the fuse for the alternator was the wrong kind and the vehicle died, at night, on a switchback at about 7000 ft. To his credit, Efrain came out at night to assess the situation and even took my family to their hotel. However, it took another mechanic the following day to identify the fuse situation. Efrain certainly went the extra mile--and then some--when I asked him to drive the vehicle back down the mountains, which he did (and for which he was paid). In driving it, he experienced the shocks. He said all 4 needed to be replaced. He bought the parts and told me replaced all 4. However, when I looked under the vehicle (which made the trip home fine), I saw he replaced only 2 shocks. I paid for 4, he said he replaced 4, but only 2 were replaced. I asked several times, both as he was performing services and after the fact, for the receipts for what he spent at parts stores for the battery, alternator, shocks, differential gasket, and serpentine belt. He did not respond to my requests. So, on the one hand, I found Efrain to be cordial, able, and willing to help (even fulfilling an extra-ordinary request). For this, I am very grateful. On the other hand, he did not tell the truth about the shocks and I am suspicious about the parts costs because he did not show me a single receipt.

I Hired Efrain to come install a new wheel hub on my car and other things came up. I understand that when it comes to cars it can end up affecting other parts. However the one part that he initially came to fix was left half ways and badly installed. I’m missing screws and was left with different lug nuts. I do not recommend his services and worst of al now I have to pay someone else to come do what he failed to get done. Lesson learned for me.
