Service was kinda good. Got my tire pressure sensors programed, found out I needed 2 more then the next day my pressure light came back on and they told me I needed 2 more new ones. I don't know how they couldn't tell me the day before

Bad service. I called to make sure they had my tire size & they said they did have it. When I arrived at the shop they said to wait 40 minutes because they didn’t have the tire in stalk so it was going to get delivered to them. I waited about an hour for the new tire to arrived and still nothing. After waiting an hour an half they finally come with my new tire and it took them about 15 minutes to just put on ONE tire on my car. Mind you; I was the only customer there so there’s no excuse why they took that long. Comes to find out they break the logo on my rim. The fact that they lied about having my tire size at there shop then making me wait too long to find out they damage my logo on my rim. All I got to say it bad service for sure.

I normally love coming here because everyone is so quick with their work and really nice but yesterday I had purchased a used tire as I have done in the past only for it to pop the next day and have 5 severely crossthreaded bolts to the point where I had to snap one off just to get the flat tire off and I can barely get the remaining 4 on due to this issue.

This was the most refreshing experience I’ve had since I’ve moved to Arizona. It has been a long time since I experienced interacting with a business that cares about humanity. The care, the service and the education that I received about tires was totally unexpected. I truly have gratitude for this business. I have much gratitude for this business.
