I live in New York and I went to multiple mechanics and multiple body shops end I couldn't find the solution to fix my Ford Transit end I even went to the dealership and they were about to charge me an arm and a leg until at some point I was driving and I came across Sam and Billy's shop (sunydale Auto and trucking) and let me tell you they found the issue and they fixed it and they even used original dealer parts and I literally paid a third of the price so if you want to ask me how worth it they are then let me tell you, I drove from New York to New Jersey for my vehicle to be maintained and provided with Care that this shop provides so they are worth every penny !!! "Always friendly service with a smile" was my initial review of this place and a rating of 4 stars however, I have withdrawn my rating of this establishment after was transpired couple weeks ago. My wife had always brought her car to be inspected based on her concerns and they have always found the time to address those car issues. During the start of Summer, the car air conditioning system was not working, and after realizing that the compressor was shot (I had already done the necessary checks and the price of a new one). We went there for them to confirm my findings, which was. The technician told me the cost of the new compressor would about $300.00, (I got it for around $200.00 on Amazon), a Saturday was scheduled for installation including a time. Having turned up for the repair on the date, one of the "managers" response was that I don't see that all the hydraulic lifts were in use. He was rude and disrespectful. It was quite evident that the amount of money that I was going to spend was not worth his time, (this is the same person that told me on another occasion that the business no longer do a/c charging or repairs as freon gas was expensive) I know that was disingenuous as one of the technicians did provide gas and ran a diagnostic for the initial checks. I will never go to this place again and would recommend others to find somewhere else. If I could rate this place with no stars I definitely would.

Sunnyvale auto&truck repair In paterson nj Did my shock suspension bushing.. the owner is honest and will give you great price. The workers are awesome… I had to do rear shocks and suspension bushing, rocking the car from the back you could hear a squeaking noise… The owner took care of my problem no more noise so the spots gonna be my new mechanics I have a 2002 E 430 Mercedes Benz in mint condition……. Thank you so much for your help really do appreciate it….. today Saturday the 10/26/2024 rather than waiting on Monday to get the car back he went over and beyond to get the parts worked on the car so I can have it for work for Monday!!!! that’s great customer service and that goes over and beyond for the customer so they don’t got to take Unber or Lyft I spend more money definitely appreciated that too……… thank you so much Sunnyvale auto repair!!!!💯💯💯💯💯💯💯 Tony

This is the worst auto repair shop I’ve ever dealt with. First, my car stayed there for 7 days without any real repair. They were literally watching YouTube videos to figure out how to fix it instead of having actual expertise! After all that time, I got my car back in worse condition than before. Even worse, I experienced unacceptable harassment while I was there, making the whole situation even more awful. This place is completely unprofessional, unsafe, and not worth even one star! This is analyzing shop. Sunday my wife hits shoulder and destroyed her 2015 vw eos control arm and tie rod. I called the shop and owner said to leave it in front of his shop on there day off. 2 days later it was repaired at a very responsible price. Amazing customer service and pricing. This shop just received a life long customer. Glad to see we still have reliable shops around. Highly recommend and may Gog bless him.
