Great location. Came in for the first time today for a tire pressure concern and they gave me a quick assessment. No sales pressure, just informative giving me their estimated level of risk (is it about to collapse or does it have more life). In the end they patched up my tire and I was on my way quickly and spending very little. Definitely going to take more of my service here in the future.

So grateful to the staff at Monro. I punctured a sidewall on my rear tire over the weekend while avoiding a head on collision with an idiot driver. I called the place I normally would have gone and was quoted a rather high price, but even worse, they said they couldn't get to me for over a week. I am familiar with the Monro chain and have used them along time ago and was not disappointed. When I called and explained my situation, they told me to bring it in and they could have me done by the end of the day. They are fantastic and competitively priced. They were attentive to all of my needs and did exactly what they promised. At the end of the day, they changed my oil, gave me four new tires, and a wheel alignment. Thank you for everything.

Their online call center told me one price of $50 for an oil change after telling her my year make and model of my car and when I get to appointment after having me sit and wait over an hour after my appointment time, they finally changed my oil and charged me over double that. Never again. Would rather take it to a mom and pop shop.

Avoid!!! I paid for a wheel alignment. My wheels were straight but my steering wheel was not. So as I was seeing down a straight road my steering wheel looked like I was starting to take a turn. Tried to get it taken care of but the excuses were just too many to list. I scheduled online to have it taken care of just to get a phone call changing my appointment. I got so fed up. I asked the manager if I took it to another Monro, would I have to pay. He said no, you can take it to another one without having to pay. So I scheduled an appointment at the one on loucks Rd. Where I paid another 135 plus tax for the alignment. I just want the money I spent at this location on my alignment back. I will post my full near death experience associated with work but I just want to be fair and give corporate an opportunity to investigate and make things right.

This place is a rip off. In PA if you drive under 5000 miles you are exempt for the Emissions test, my mom was still charged the normal rate, and she only drove around 1500 miles for the year. Then they said her wipers blades failed inspection, which is complete BS, they we good to pass. So, on top of that, they charged her $27.99 per blade and an additional $3 on each blade for labor, for a total of 61.98 for wiper blades are you freaking kidding me, and Bill the Mgr. says they don't make money off of the blades, I call BS. Her PA State and Emission Inspection with blades cost her $157. You guys need to be reported. Why should reach back out to you when William does not care what i have to say.

To my Mercedes in after it broke down on a fuel issue. They diagnosed the issue, ran into a few hurdles but were able to get the job done. My car runs perfect. My only issue was the timing but snow storm got in the way so don’t hold it against the guys all in all 4/5. I’ll be back for sure!

Bill and the whole team at this Monroe are great! They are honest, do their best to get us in ASAP and service our vehicles perfectly. We started taking all of our cars here because of an urgent need and couldn’t get into our normal mechanic sooner. This was such an all around great experience with Bill going out of his way to help us and problem solve the best solutions to get us back on the road ASAP. These people did a very thorough job. They were clear and honest and reasonable. Tge manager (Bill) was very knowledgeable, well mannered and concise. He wasn't pushy either. I went in knowing the issues that my truck had and they did not try to sell me something that I didn't need. They also had me done in a reasonable amount of time which can be challenging for not having an appointment. I will definitely use again.
