I picked up my car on Friday May 30th and was very pleased with the work done to my car,but on Saturday when I opened my hatch I noticed 6-8 reusable grocery bags plus a bag to hold my lawn chair were missing. I called and talked to Jared about this on Monday and he said he would talk with the techs and cleaning crew and get back to me but he never did. I called again on Tuesday and he said the techs don't remember taking them out but he didn't say anything about asking cleaning crew. He said he would look into it and now it is Tuesday June 10th and have never heard from him. Someone had to move them,there was no need to take them out of the car,they could have been placed on the back seat. No apology or offer to make it up to me. Once again very pleased with original work,but in the future I will make sure nothing is left in the car.

After getting my mirror hit, I had to find a shop. 10/10 recommend York Collision Center. Tracey Trimble was the absolute best to work with and so patient and kind every single time I called checking on my vehicle. I was updated through text about any changes/delays, as well as got to watch real time progress of my vehicle with the link they provide to keep track of time, the cost, and what exactly the costs are. My car was also SPOTLESS when I got her back which was the best surprise! As a dog owning mom, who works a lot; my car has been heavily loved. Truly such a pleasant surprise! Thanks York Collision! I hope I don’t need you guys again, but if I do; I’m coming right back to y’all!

My Tahoe had significant front end damage when it was hit while parked in front of my house, almost $6,000 in damage! I was without my vehicle (had a rental) for 6 weeks! However, they kept me up to date with the repair progress. When I did pick up my Tahoe, I almost didn't recognize it! I felt like I was getting into a new vehicle! They had cleaned the inside almost immaculately! I have 2 dogs, so, it definitely was not clean when I dropped it off! I was super impressed with the cleanliness of the interior! Even the windshield!

I have had my car to YC twice in the past few years and because they did such an amazing job the first time I didn’t even wait for the insurance the second time I called ahead and made the appointment immediately. I received white glove treatment at York Collision. I have a brand new car that was hit while it was parked. They repaired and cleaned it and it looks like it just rolled out of the dealership. This business employs a polished, professional staff who is prepared for you the moment you walk into their gleaming office. They wait on you immediately, keep you updated on status of your car and ensure that your rental car is there when you drop off your car. I also got my car back earlier than anticipated. I just took my car to York Collision on Sherman St. They were going to have my car for ten days, but they actually got it done three days early. They updated me everyday on the status of my car. Everyone was really friendly and they did great work in a timely matter. My car looks great and I am very happy with the work that was done and the service I received. York Collision did a great job. They worked directly with my insurance company and provided timely updates on the progress of the repair. They even vacuumed and cleaned the entire car which was an unexpected surprise. The repair looks great and they provided a lifetime warranty. I was only out my deductible, so I assume they are priced appropriate to the market.
