Nolan and the Team at South Queen street are excellent!! I have gone to many different mechanics over the past 6 months to fix my “shaking while braking issue” and I have paid for many different things to get done that never corrected it fully. When I brought the car to Meineke, Nolan took the time to listen to my issue and it turns out he was spot on with what he felt was the issue.. Nolan and his Team did an excellent job. It feels good to find an excellent Team that communicates in detail and does the job right!! Thank you Nolan, Team and Meineke !!

Service at S Queen Meineke is OK overall. You have to plan to drop off and not have a vehicle for a day if you’re looking for an oil change or inspection. I haven’t had any major problems to report with the service I haven’t received. The inspection reports for the upsells are an annoyance you just have to deal with, I haven’t felt any pressure from them thank goodness.

Nolan was fantastic. He listened to my concerns with my jeep. No issues with the oil change or tire rotation. I asked if they could check my track bar and luckily they found the issue I experiencing was covered under an extended warranty. Instead of charging me over $300 in repairs, he recommended taking it to the dealership. Thank you meineke!!

I never recommend an emergency repair but Nolan and the mechanics working there were great at helping me get car functional again. They were fast and genuinely helpful at answering my questions and breaking down my repairs. They didn't pressure me to get more than I wanted done but they did make sure I got everything to keep my vehicle from leaving me stranded.

The guy at the front desk was nice and friendly. But everything else was terrible I got there at 8am it was just my car and another car...for an oil change and to rotate 2 tires they took 3hours and I only reliazed later when I need to put air that my one tire metal cover cap is missing and all of a sudden my cubby keep popping over. They also did a diagnostic test and told me I need a new battery, when I went for a second opinion advance auto told me my battery was good...DO Not Go to this Meineke they are TERRIBLE.

I’m not pleased with my experience here. I decided to re-edit my post. I was threaten by an employee that I would be sued if I didn’t remove his name. I can also send you the voicemail I was left… it was very rude Apparently I gave false information out; as well, according to him. So I’m here to tell how I feel, and I’ll be a little nicer. But I won’t take back what I said. I felt so manipulated and taken advantage of. As a female, I know some stuff about cars but not a lot. I was miscommunicated too, charged more than the original $200, I was told. The car only went in for an evaluation to tell me why the check engine light was on. I’ll be nice and keep this short….because there were tons of issues that day. The miscommunication by the man working there screwed me over… he also was not very nice. Using words like “you’ll blow up” and then I keep getting calls from this man. Asking to take my google review down. But I won’t, I won’t take it down. I came on here to change it and remove the man’s name. I took the car in the middle of June. And I have been receiving calls from them, asking to take my review down, this morning, at 7:33 is when I got the voicemail of me being threatened. They did tell me I’d need a whole new camshaft ….however when I took it to National Tire & Battery ( Who I 10/10 recommend, prices were fantastic, the mechanic Tim was very intelligent), they told me I did not need a new camshaft. Just a break pump booster and a new bolt that holds it together. So like I said, this place was trying to charge me for work that didn’t even need to be done in the first place. I got my car back from National Tire & Battery, and haven’t had ANY problems for two weeks now. I’m off this…but proof of the voicemail is below!

Meineke is an amazing place with incredibly dedicated mechanics. They answered all my questions professionally and explained things in a way that I could understand, even though I’m not a mechanic myself. I had an emergency situation. My car’s breaks started grinding, so I decided to change them on Saturday, which was the worst day to do it since no one wanted to work. But Meineke was open for me and my rapidly deteriorating car. They provided a very fast service that saved me and my day! I highly recommend Meineke whenever your car needs professional repair.
