I am customer of this auto repair shop cause this is kind of company that treats their customer like friends, not just like people who are paying to them. Also I am sure that when I leave me car there it'd be fixed in a short time and in a perfect way. In addition I can only add that for me this is the best auto repair shop in my town! I went there because it's very close to my son's place.They were very knowledgeable and earned my trust.Explained everything that I could understand.Answered my questions so I felt comfortable with paying for the work,needed done.I recommend them as a respectful place to go.And will be setting up future work.as well as inspection.

My husband took his 2010 Ford Escape to Rodenhaber's after he exhausted all his resources on what was wrong with the electrical system which included replacing the alternator several times. My husband worked on it for days. Mike worked on his car for a day and had it fixed and it the price was fair. The most amazing thing is the next day he called my husband to see how the car was running. He has customers for life.

My experience at Rodenhaber’s was not good. He was very unprofessional and rude since the first time I called to schedule an appt to have my car checked. We dropped the car off a Monday, ( as we were said over the phone) he said he would check on it the next day (which would of been Tuesday) because he didn't have time that same day to work on it ( understandable), he did not call until Friday answering our questions very sarcastically. To then say he still needed to find the “leakage” because he was not sure were it was happening. He kept the car for another week to call back and say its just the battery. A person with his attitude should not own a business. He should retire and go in a nursing home!!! I DO NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ANYONE SPECIALLY IF YOU ARE TANNED OR DARKER. I AM HISPANIC AND IM PRETTY SURE MY COLOR HAD ALOT TO DO WITH HIS NASTY ATTITUDE

I took my daughter's 2003 Santa Fe in there. I was sure we'd have to buy another car as the engine sounded horrible. They took the time to listen to me ramble, offered me a fair prognosis and fixed it up for far less than I was expecting. Extremely honest, fair people that are rare to come by these days!
