I have been dealing with the dealership in York since it was Laugerman's. The name has changed twice since I have lived here and I have bought several bikes from them. Many of the people have stayed consistent despite the changes in ownership. They are much like family and have always treated me with respect. I have never seen such an inventory of bikes in all those years until it became Eisenhower's. We just purchased a 2026 Road Glide and we couldn't be happier with the ride and the sales and service. This dealership is the best! I say that with all seriousness. Josh walwd me through the entire process and did what he could to make the deal work. Sales manager, Amy walked in on the deal and after discussion we came to a fair agreement. During the whole process I felt comfortable and happy with everything. If you are ever I in the market to buy a Harley look nowhere else. The dealership is miles above the rest . They're customer service is second to none!

Bought a used 16’ Goldwing-did them a favor wasn’t even price tagged on the floor hidden over in the corner……. NO warranty NO owners manual NO second key DID NOT service the bike-told me at signing table-“cant find we serviced it” then come back ask for more money after A deals on the table and agreed upon- 16% interest rate on a 740 credit score!!!! Can’t test drive it stretch an $11,000 loan out for six years because of your fabricated interest rate. I use financing through my business/company. I set the interest rate I THE COMPANY/DEALER SET THE INTEREST RATE… three couples left there one gentleman muttering under his breath about the interest rate-again, I (the business yur buying from) set the interest rate through their provider-synchrony bank. Lies Lies Lies & BS……. I checked the oil in the bike. It’s filthy $160 total for all parts & fluids for im gonna do myself ( with my new owners manual). Also, NO COOLANT IN THE BIKE!!!!!…..What a disgrace…….The only PLEASANT experience was the salesman great guy, family man no wonder the Harley Davidson Brand is going downhill. When you rob people and fleece them at the signing table. NO WARRANTY IN PA & all Inspection cost falls on me. Gave me 2 free T-shirts-rags for my self when I do the bike service

What a place! The prices are fair. No real attempt to up charge you. They are efficient and friendly. An unusual combo. No pressure sales is what I appreciate. Tracy , my sales lady, was genuine, honest, and made no attempt to change the deal we had made over the phone. All vehicle sales take a while and this must be understood. I was there a few hours to buy two bikes. However, each area moved along efficiently . So, no problem. I came all the Way from Florida because my prior experience with this company was not greedy. Eisenhauer is doing it right. I've had my butt in bike saddles for 55 years. So, I'm way beyond the BS.

I had an excellent purchase experience at Eisenhauer's York Harley-Davidson. I was looking for a particular model and spotted it on Cycle Trader listed by Eisenhauer's HD. The salesperson was Josh Hill and he was outstanding...answering all my questions. Polite, knowledgable, professional, and thorough. The pricing was excellent. I drove from North Carolina to York, PA. to see the bike and make the purchase. The motorcycle is beautiful! The dealership recommended a transport service operated by Ricky DeMarco. Mr. DeMarco delivered the bike in one week's time to me in North Carolina and in perfect condition. Everyone was first rate, friendly, and helpful.

Purchased a CVO RG from dealer. I came from out of state. 5 hours away actually but sale went flawlessly except proof of insurance. Which could of been blamed on either side. Everyone from start to finish sales, finance and service and parts were fantastic. Hell, they even loaded bike into trailer for me. Would definitely make another bike purchase from them in the future. Who knows, maybe Ill trade this one in for a newer one. Great people and great dealership. Cheers!

Great dealership to work with. I have my owned many Harley’s. However, this was the first time I purchased from a dealership. I wasn’t planning on buying a bike, but just looking at some of the newer models. Most dealerships are high pressure and have migrated towards the high pressure car dealership model. Working with Josh was very good. He answered all my questions. It was very patient working with me. They gave me a very fair deal. They worked with me on some minor concerns. Support staff of Amy and Steven with paperwork went smoothly. Highly recommend these folks. I had to travel three hours to get to them. I wish more Harley dealerships did the same thing. I searched for my first Harley or Indian and found numerous bikes from private and dealers that out n out lied. Dents, dings, missing bolt holds front axle, engine lights on and titles not in sellers name. Also had a specific bike budget as I had already purchased a GW 6 months earlier. Most would not come off the price enough or had huge fees like my local dealer of 1600+. Then I found a 23 Street Bob with only 200 miles at Eisenhauer HD in York Pa. Josh the salesman a former HD mechanic was fantastic, honest, patient and true to his word. The price was higher with fees as expected but the lowest fees of any dealer I called and up front about them. Even provided a 2 yr warranty. Only one problem, wouldn’t sale it if I registered it another state than licensed in, as dual state residency had run into similar before. Went for second option private seller on a 24 with 1k miles who agreed to offer but changed his mind next day and wanted 2000 more…..Back to Eisenhauer and spoke to finance/title guy Steven who said let him do some more research and gave him the local dmv #. He called me back after he spoke to dmv, found state form needed and ok’d to sale. 9 hr drive to York so I called the local York Motorcycle Club for some help to check out the bike. Wonderful member Bob E. called me back, went to dealer same day and said it was perfect except for a small scratch on handlebar that Josh had already pointed out. Honest Josh made rest of the sales experience memorable; no BS, had the bike ready, had us pick out two HD shirts, set up test ride and helped me load the bike on my truck in the freezing cold btw. After I got the Street Bob home noticed a rear brake noise, called Josh he said not to worry and transferred to service and the nice folks there said it only has 200 miles need to break it in as it’s been sitting and if it continues don’t hesitate to call back. Absolutely love the bike and the Eisenhauer HD experience, thanks Josh!!!!
