Very knowledgeable…They worked on a few of my vehicles, usually get it in same day or next, vehicle is done super fast again same day or next depending on what needs done obviously, there honest and fair which is a plus for me! Oh yeah and Bree be the eye candy just had to add that lil bit of info…I’ll just sit here watch and wait till my car is done lmao!

Alignment was done on my car and I drove it home with no problem. Later, I was investigating an unrelated oil leak when I discovered the inner tie rod boot on the passenger side was twisted and torn. This boot was part of a new steering rack assembly that was installed prior to alignment. I had a couple of extra boots from a kit I bought for the same car, so I figured I drop it back off for them to correct the damage caused during alignment. When the job was done they charged me labor to replace both boots (only needed the one replaced) and to realign it. I was hoping they'd recognize the damage was caused during the initial alignment but they explained to me how cheap rubber boots twist when you drive and it wasn't caused by them... Dumbfounded, I tried to understand how a non-spinning component gets twisted while driving but they insisted it wasn't their fault. It was clear they were not going to take ownership of the mistake or offer any refund or discount so I just paid and headed to the car. Before pulling away, I thought... let me check to make sure the boots are good. Surprise! Both driver and passenger boots are not connected to the steering rack! Needless to say, I was livid. Dude barely gave me the time of day for me to show him that the car was in worse condition than when I dropped it off. More blame dodging saying it was my fault because the boots I provided were too cheap. (In their defense, the boots I provided were extremely difficult to get on but that could've been addressed and dealt with instead of pretending to fix it.) So I left, bought new boots and installed them my self the same day... what I should've done in the first place had I known. $300 later and I'm not even sure I was able to maintain the alignment I took it for in the first place. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. There are plenty of other alignment shops that take pride in their work... I do not recommend.

Purchased a car from Steve at Hellam Auto Sales. This place did the PA inspection. The brakes, rotors and serpentine belt failed the MD safety inspection. They offered to replace them if I would pay for and bring the parts to them. To me that shows they were willing to work with me or were in agreement with the MD inspector Unfortunately, I didn’t have the time to pick up parts and run to York PA from Maryland and now the business is saying that they are not going to help in anyway. I’m in the process of contacting the PA state police. I have all the parts, documentation and pictures to prove everything. Update: Spoke to a trooper today regarding the inspection. He lives in Maryland and says the standards are much stricter in Maryland. He advised me that even though the brakes were just about metal on metal they still pass. The serpentine belt look like it was about the snap at any time with chunks out of it. They claimed that happened probably driving. I don’t think so. Anyway I just wanted to set the record straight that apparently it passed PA inspection, but in my opinion the car I bought was in need of repairs. Buyer beware make sure you have the car looked at by your mechanic before purchasing. Apparently, a PA inspection isn’t worth a whole lot
