DO NOT - I REPEAT DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THIS COMPANY. I purchased (4) brand new tires TWICE within 11 months of purchasing (4) BRAND NEW TIRES. After their tires failed first time they never helped, stated the manufacturer the first (4) tires came from don’t make my size tires any longer, so had to purchase all (4) brand new tires all over again, this time making SURE they are warrantied, and now 12 months later there are huge golf ball size knots on (2) of the tires and Monroe is not replacing them under warranty placing a blame of some sort. Every single time their tires are failing and Monroe makes one excuse after another. BEWARE!! I am seeing to it that EVERYONE STEERS CLEAR!!

I made an appointment for 730 am for a wheel alignment after hours of waiting I was told the machine was out of order but I did need back brakes I would have to take the vehicle to another location the next day I had them complete the back brakes and asked if they could take a look at the front end to see if I would need anything fixed before getting the alignment this way I would just go to the appointment on Sunday and the only thing that would have to be done is the alignment I arrived the next day at the chili location to find out I needed control arms and tires which they did not have in stock so basically I have wasted the whole weekend and little results

I recently got my oil changed about 2 weeks ago. I always bring my car here however this was my first less than favorable experience. The tech forgot to close the over on the bottom of my car which caused it to make a loud sound while driving on the highway. I brought my car back immediately within 20 minutes of me paying and the woman at the desk insinuated that I had done something to the car because it’s “only an oil change”. She also said well if it is connected to the oil change then we will fix it, if it’s not you have to figure that out. Turns out, I was never the issue. I also was charged for “labor” so a 60 oil change quickly became a 140 service. I will not be returning here for business.

The Howard Rd location was terrible. Took them 3 days to look at my car, and then tell me the guy who could do the job was going on vacation the next day. Then they had me tow it myself to another Monro — until my insurance stepped in and said no way and had to call them to get them to tow it. Went to the Chili Ave location and thankfully they were on point. Immediately got it in, looked at, and fixed in two days. Unfortunately, though, the total bill was $100 more than I was originally quoted. They also fixed a loose O2 sensor for me qhich I really appreciate! I will definitely return to do business with the Chili Ave shop and hopefully have a better experience overall.

I wish i could say I had good service but i wasn't given any service. I made an appointment to have my brakes looked at at 7:30am. When I arrived i was told no mechanic was there to do the job. Why are they allowing appointments to be made without someone there to do the work? Edit: Only response I get is an automated AI response directing me to their complaint Phone tree that is intentionallly vague and confusing that is designed to confuse people into giving up. We it worked. I have no recourse to this failure on their end.

Absolutely terrible experience. My spouse brought my car in because it was having a potential rear suspension problem. The car sat in a parking spot for 4 days collecting and piling snow. Absolutely astonishing lack of communication was given to me and my spouse throughout these days on whether or not they have been checking the vehicle. We called numerous times throughout the days and left voicemails in attempts to get updates after being promised once on the 2nd and once on the 3rd day that they would get back to us within 30 minutes in order to let us know a diagnostic for my vehicle. They never called back on both days with an update. Empty promises and lack of communication was so terrible that we decided to take my keys back and bring my car to somewhere else; and listen to this, we were charged with a $50 diagnostic fee when we went to grab our keys back and leave, and they never even told us exactly what piece or pieces was wrong with my vehicle in the first place!! No control arm, ball joint, struts, nothing! This was ridiculous. Anyone would be beyond frustrated with this experience.

Excellent experience! Halloween night… I called 35 minutes before closing. I had a popped tire that needed replacing. She said bring it right in. She had to finish up an oil change and a tire change. Bait and switch on the inspection. Waited 3 1/2 hours to replace rear brakes only to find out it still wasn't going to pass inspection after being told previously the brake replacement was all it needed. Charged for the most expensive oil change without consent, terrible experience

Steve, the manager on duty today, is an absolute legend of a human being! I had a Carvana car delivered to me with a dead battery and Griffs gave me a jump start and scheduled me an appointment here, they were so great to take an emergency situation for me and handle it quickly! From the moment I walked in, Steve already knew who I was and what I needed and made me feel at home…. The tension I had just faded right away and he even got on the phone to handle the claim with carvanas coverage company to make sure I was covered! Best experience ever at an auto shop and that’s thanks to Steve who deserves a huge raise for really elevating the experience and handling my situation in the best manner possible as well as his sole mechanic who did the work! I went in for an oil change, I chose Monro because I found a coupon on their website so an oil change for $50. I went in and showed the coupon to the manager who was working the desk. He told me that it “wasn’t a coupon” and that it was “showing the price of the oil change service” and said that he wasn’t sure if the oil I needed would qualify for the coupon. Okay no problem. I’m sitting there with two other women waiting for our vehicles. Come to find out they switched up the services that me and another women were supposed to get. Inside of an oil change I got a tire alignment and she got my oil change. The manager says no problem we’ll be getting both services for free since we sat there for over an hour. Great, they do an inspection (which was included with the service) they document the wrong mileage on my car (mind you I gave them the correct mileage). Then I’m charged nearly $100 for the oil change that I was told was going to be free because of the inconvenience, then I’m looking at the receipt and the oil I got should have qualified for the coupon. Never again, stay away from this place!!!
