I had a good experience with having my vehicle serviced here for an oil change a few weeks ago. I bought a Groupon coupon which included a free tire rotation and break inspection. Overall, I walked out paying about $42 for uncovered costs which is understandable as the Groupon does not cover everything. I did have to reschedule when I initially went since they had to order a filter, but that was A-okay and I got my vehicle serviced the very next morning. Richard and the rest of his team were very helpful, informative and provided an overall pleasant experience! Richard ensured all my concerns were answered/tended to. The oil change did not take long, and I was provided my receipt as well as estimates for tires and brakes. Overall, I would highly recommend this place of you need your car serviced. Thank you gentlemen for all your time and assistance!! 🙂

I had a flat tire and needed to be towed. I called them and even though they were understaffed that day, the manager was able to confirm that they had an appropriate tire in stock and they would be able to work me in. So I arranged to tow to their shop. Clear communication about expectations and schedule (while I was waiting staff members told some others who had more complicated work that it would need to be completed another day). Provided options for a new tire that would fit my vehicle in a wide price range from $100 to $250. They even did a basic inspection of the car. Waiting area was small and basic but clean.

Went in for the synthetic oil change, brake check, and tire rotation. Advertised at $78. But my Highlander takes 5.8 quarts. So $17 more for the 0.8 quart. With tax it came to $135 or so. The $78 is after a rebate that can take up to 6 weeks to process. OK. So what did I get? I got a synthetic oil change. At least I think I did. How do I know for sure? I asked about the brakes. There was nothing on the bill that said anything about the results. The manager looked at the computer screen for a while and then said it was about 40% wear in the front and 60% in the back. How do I know for sure? Why nothing on the statement? I asked about the rotation. Oh yes. We did that. But I have a damaged rim on the right front and that rim was still on the right front. Seems like it would be on the right rear. I paid my bill. Didn't make a fuss. But I would not go back again and I do not recommend it.

Had a horrible experience with the store Jensen in Michigan they literally put my Jeep Cherokee tires on my Buick regal took zero responsibility for it then I had to pay for them to take them off the Buick and I will never go back to that place again upon them putting my new tires on the Buick they didn’t even keep my tires with the right tires. They Mitch match my tires and did not even balance them $160 down the drain never go to this place the mechanics do not care about their job whatsoever as I showed up on 28th St. both of them were ridiculously high with a vape cartridge in their mouth.

I was in town for a wedding and got a flat tire. I went to the location next door to my hotel and they didn’t have the tire I needed, but called their location 5 miles away and they had to ready to go. It was quick and fairly priced and I was able to get on the highway to get to the wedding. All of the employees I encountered were friendly and knowledgeable.

Unbelievable. Made an appointment online and arrived shortly before the scheduled time. Manager said “Oh we’re swamped, I couldn’t even look at it til tomorrow or the next day”. Then proceeded to blame the “appointment setters in the Phillipines”. Sometimes it’s ok to just apologize for wasting someone’s time and just try to make it right. The instinct to immediately place the blame elsewhere is why you guys sucked, today. Be better. If you’re too busy for more appointments, I bet there is a protocol for turning off online appointments and pausing your call center. Just try. Pretend you care.

Needed immediate help with a tire issue at 9 a.m., almost an hour from home, on my way into work, during a Winter Storm Warning on a holiday weekend. I called multiple other places in the area, that popped up on Google first, and was told to drop it off and pick it up by end of day, understandably. I explained my issue to Monro and they told me to bring it right in. I was there 20 minutes tops. They got it right in for me and sent me on my way with my valve stem issue fixed. Customer service was top notch and I greatly appreciate their help when I needed it.

I have been a customer of Monro for over 6 years. We have bought all of our tires here and have our routine maintenance done here as well. I used to rave about the excellent customer service, but my last visit was a pretty poor experience. It felt like there’s been some higher up changes that impacted the way the shop runs. Some of the issues I had did come directly from the shop, but I could sense the stress and frustration from the technicians with their work environment. I am going to give them another chance, hoping they can deliver the service I used to experience.

Great service and very friendly and helpful staff. Daughter getting ready to go to Florida on Spring Break and found out she had a nail in her tire. Was able to get right in at 6pm on a Friday and get a new tire installed. I would highly recommend this shop.
