My wife and I went here on my only day off. I work a lot of 12 hour shifts,and boy was I not looking forward to sitting around a mechanic shop for 2-4 hours. Little did I know the fast and attentive service from Lucas and his team of stellar mechanics would quickly fix our poor Gertrude. Lucas also recommended a local cafe called The Stray, which was about a 2 minute walk away. Cheap but quality coffee and even better beer, within 2 hours the time flew by! Lucas also said we could fix our window issue cheaper than they could! My wife and I were not expecting such honesty. As a result of their amazing work, I would happily pay extra for the windows, so that I know it is done right. Thanks guys for your amazing service!!!!!

I had them put in a rebuilt engine, I think they found it in the junk yard, they said it was the best sounding engine they ever used . I told them it sounded worse, they replaced some sensors not the air filter bent the exhaust when putting the engine in, still having problems. Ended up paying ,$8,000 and was quoted a rebuilt engine for$4,000. .Don’t go there for major work . still having problems one thing after another .

CHARGED ME 150 FOR A DIAGNOSIS, WHICH IS FREE.. I PAID $200 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO GET MY AC FIXED BUT IT WENT OUT DAYS LATER.. They fix 1 thing and create a new issue for you to come back- .. They take advantage of women.

I have been bringing my cars here for about 10 years. They are always so friendly and professional and know me when I walk in (probably pull up my license plate but still its cool!). I definitely trust them to give me good prices. They are very knowledgeable and when help me understand what is going on. I would definitely recommend! Just came back for bearings and a strut. Great price, very reasonable and great communication! Will never trust my car with anyone else!

Brian and his team do exceptional work at a great price, they were able to get my car in and fixed the same day when other places needed a week to get it fixed. Terrible Customer Service.. I Have A GPS On My Car And It’s Shows They Drove My Car To Bruce Michigan? I Asked Why Was It There And They Denied It .. Make Up Their Own Pricing Based On Customer .. My Car Is Having Suspension Issues Now And They Only Was Suppose To Fix Fuel Pump. STAY Away !

Have been back twice within 2 weeks for my truck problems. 1st problem I came in with,… man at the desk listened to me carefully, gave me positive pricing as well as kept it real about prices varying. They checked my truck both times I’ve been back & literally got me in& out!!! Told me exactly what was wrong. Fair pricing, fast work, he will walk you thru the price. Won’t lie just to get your money!! Man at the desk is great, they all are about business, friendly… I recommend this car shop!!!! My truck is up & running good. God is good & these men are great

Seriously, I’d give 10 stars if I could. Quoted me reasonably, they were upfront and honest, super fast, and when I picked up my car I paid what I was quoted. I will be going back and recommending them. Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I wish I had gone here instead of Pep Boys.

This plays is a huge scam! Back in the summer my car only blew heat they said they would fix it and I paid $350. Unfortunately that only blew cold air from the driver side and not even in the back and they told me another $200 to fix it. Now it’s winter and my car won’t blow heat. They want $100 to half way fix the problem and essentially told me it would cost more in the future as well …I would avoid this place my dad is also having the same issue went to then once to fix a problem and now it’s something else …
