My 92 year old mother took her car for repair of one brake line. They wanted $1300 and must replace all 4 brake lines. I knew that was false as I had identified the one bad line and several years ago they replaced one for $250. In light of that we decided to have it towed to a reputable mechanic who verified that all 4 lines needed replacing because someone at Midas had cut the other 3 lines. Visible tool marks proved they intentionally damaged them. Clearly criminal intent on their part they probably do it regularly to the elderly and non mechanically minded people. The BBB will be informed as well !

The lead tech, Nick Peevy did an outstanding job for me. I brought the car in because the new brakes were squeeking. Nick took his time and did a very thorough job, located the area of concern and corrected the issue. I have known Nick for years and he never disappoints. Not only does he do an exceptional job, but his attitude and Automobile knowledge translate into the conidence that the job is done correctly and completely. Nick should be commended and he is the primary reason I stay with Midas.

Very poor service, I referred my son to them for an alignment and they were either inexperienced to do it or just didn’t want to. Either way don’t bring your vehicle to them if you need it repaired, the fact we rearranged our schedule to drop it off and they couldn’t do a simple alignment on a 2014 pickup raises red flags to me. Now a whole day was wasted and he has to take it somewhere else. Update as they called him today-After having my wife’s tires and my alignment done there recently I really thought I found a new auto shop to service my vehicles regularly. I was very disappointed to learn you did not even pull his truck in to inspect it or attempt to give it an alignment. Apparently you just looked at it and told him it would be thousands of dollars to repair because he has aftermarket upper control arms. I would not leave a 1 star review if you just gave him a honest quote for parts and labor, you don’t even know if the ball joints were bad. Even if it needed new factory style control arms w/ball joints(parts available at your supplier Napa) before you could align it we would’ve had the work done so he does not continue to ruin his tires, but sadly you didn’t even give him a quote.

I called and told them what was wrong with my 2020 dodge durango. He stated it would be 145 dollars to diagnose. I asked will it be included in the total amount he said no. It will be separate. I then asked well how long will it take to see what's wrong with it he stated 1-2 hours. I said ok. Dropped the car off at 1130 didn't get it back till dang near 230. Only because I called them. He then says exactly what I told him free of charge. Why did he have the car for so long he just let it sit. Worst customer service skills ever ugh.

Aaron is awesome! He got me in right away and had the service’s done on my vehicle within a couple of hours, which would normally take the dealer ship I used to go to 1-2 days to complete. He does not overcharge and recommends what needs to be done now vs. later in time and lets you decide what you think is best! He also keeps you in the loop through every step of the process. I will definitely be returning anytime I need vehicle repairs/maintenance!
