No honor amongst thieves, they do not honor anything they say! Unprofessional, untimely, and understaffed. They rebuilt my transmission and had my vehicle over three weeks, it’s draining mentally and financially dealing with Earl’s. Would never go back there and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

Watched one of their repair men burn the tires on someones car. Hopefully his but probably not, either way dont go here for service unless you want your car abused and have to spend a bunch more money fixing the things they screw up by driving that way.. Day 2, watched them do same things in a different vehicle, 1st day was a jaguar, today he smoked the tired on a white Chevy truck. Very professional. Stay far away.

Big shout out to Nacho at Earl's Transmission!!! I thought my power steering pump was toast and gave him a call, he said bring it in and he'll figure it out. Long story short, my serpentine belt was just a little too loose and wasn't putting enough pressure on the pulley. He tightened it up and sent me on my way. That shop has always done me right. Not only are they fair and HONEST, which is hard to find these days, but they will always give you options on parts and they get the job done FAST! If you ever need mechanical work done, I highly recommend Earl's Transmission. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Man - if I could give a zero - it would be a fat bagel. On Thursday I took my car to Earl's to see what the problem was I was having. I asked if I left the car Friday morning would it be done the following Thursday (6 full days). The guy that runs the place (Ignacio ?) Said no problem - it would be done when I got back to town. When I got back they hadn't even started it yet. He said he'd call in the next couple of days when parts came in. It's now a week after I returned - no call yet. So I took it to Real Pro and they did it in 6 hours.

tMy truck would not start so I went to Earl's transmission and spoke to the owner and he assured me that he would be able to work on my truck right away. They had my vehicle for a week before they even looked at it. Then I was informed that my truck needed a tune-up and that it would cost $545. That price was crazy! When I went to pick up my truck , I was inspecting the work and realized that they only changed the wires and wanted to charge $545. I said"you must be crazy", then he reduced the price to $400, but he refused to give me a receipt. I didn't want to leave my truck there anymore so I paid him. Please DO NOT go here, this company is CROOKS.

Took my sons car prepared to buy a transmission but they understood given the amount of miles left on the car that we should just try to use the life left in the transmission we already had. We did some small repairs and I think we may have another year or two on it

Called 10 other shops in town. Earl’s was the only one willing/able to work on my 1983 Toyota, and they did an incredible job! Ignacio replaced my clutch and fixed up the root cause. Could tell he was proud of the work as he showed me everything under the hood before I paid, even though I showed up to pick up after 5pm on a weekday. Couldn’t have been happier with the service, and looking forward to another 100K miles in this old beast. Thanks Ignacio!!

Amazing work and great owner ! These guys know what they are doing they can tell you what’s wrong without even doing a full diagnostic check and then confirm with one that’s real skill ! I’ve seen the reviews here why I came and honestly the bad reviews are just like any other business people who aren’t educated and either are broke and don’t have the money to have it professionally fixed or just flat out want back yard work done for the backyard price this is not the business for that people ! Go ask your uncle or grand daddy if that’s the case or find someone in desperate need at a gas station lbs ! Had my 2023 2500 Denali serviced here transmission went out and I know this is common even if it’s newer truck but they make sure to always show you the cause and the issue which is hard to doubt and they pricing is by far better then alot of shops and dealers . So for the future people needing to get car work done this is the spot ignore the other hater reviews like I said those people just don’t have nothing better to do and yes be patient they are very busy because again good service here and they do get back with you and provide the best customer service and experience! Thanks Earls transmission service !
