I've been a customer here for 5+ years and I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else! The service is fantastic and they're always so thorough with explaining what they're going to do with my vehicle. The manager, Brian, is absolutely amazing! Always has a smile on his face and just the best! Grand Rapids has a great establishment here! Keep up the great work, guys!

Excellent customer service! Went in to get my Ford Escape checked out due to the engine overheating and Brian, the manager, explained to me exactly what he believed to be the problem and also looked into some additional issues I was concerned about. Super friendly and they don't talk down to you like other repair shops I have been too. Although they weren't able to fix the problem in-house due to it being a Ford specific issue that can only be fixed at a dealership, they didn't even charge me for running the diagnostics tests. I've been charged over $100 in the past just to have someone look at the car and tell me something I already know is wrong with it. Will definitely be taking my vehicle here for any future maintenance.

I took my car for repair because it was making loud sound. They told me it was the converter that needs replacement which they replaced and I was charged $620. I went to pick the car and there was no change in the loud sound that I complained about initially. The Manager then told me the loud sound was probably not the converter problem and acknowledged it was his fault that he could have diagnosed the car before assuming it was a converter issue. I asked them what they could do for me because I can't spend $620 for nothing and he said he will explain the issue with the owner and he will give me a call. I waited for days for the owner to call me and they kept promising he will until I went to the shop and refused to leave. The owner called me on my phone with a hidden number, he made a false claim about the issue and harassed me to leave his shop or he will charge me for trespassing. I was so embarrassed and surprised that people who provide service to the public would behave like that. I even suggested they remove their converter from my car and refund my money but he said they won't do that. I had to just leave and let their conscience judge because that attitude of the owner was a dubious one. Why did they refuse to give me his number and why did he call me with an hidden number if he has nothing to hide. The Manager named Ken was nicer because he took responsibility for his fault but the owner only cares about money and was very rude.

I was basically a matter of a few hours away from a long distance vacation. When I started having car issues. They got me taken care of in plenty of time to not only go on vacation, but also to work the night of as well. I questioned what they said was wrong, but went on faith that my mechanic knew for sure was wrong. And apparently they did, cause I went and have made it back.

After being referred to this shop by my co-workers and the dealership charging too much for the repair, I brought it to the Lentz on Michigan. The mechanic inspected my vehicle and called me back to confirm my concerns. Had my vehicle back to me within the day. He was even able to pop a loose parking sensor back into place for me so it would stop beeping.

ABSOLUTE WORST customer service, if I could give zero stars and still leave a review I would. The guy was a jerk from the time I walked in and I was referred there for a warranty repair. Basically had an attitude with me because he had been ripped off before. Didn’t give me a time frame just said he would call. Had it the whole day, didn’t fix it. Instead called the warranty company and basically said they shouldn’t cover it. How about just fix it and bill the warranty company like you’re supposed to. Then had the audacity to charge an inspection fee. I read the reviews before I brought it there and everything seemed fine…..should have run for the door after the first interaction with this jerk.

Walked in for an alignment and was told to make an appointment. Scheduled one for the next day. Called to confirm and was told that they were running behind and it would possibly not be done that day. Was told that they took walk ins today that put them behind time wise. But I was told no walk ins the day before. When I questioned why make me make an appointment and not honor it because of walk ins during the day, they said they were ok without my business and hung up on me. VERY rude and unacceptable and to be honest the place is probably prejudice because I see no other way that this would be possible. I hope they treat everyone the same way and that they go out of business because that is just pure hatred and evil to do that to someone. Also the fact that every single bad review on here the owner shows up to prove why they weren’t wrong is wild, most companies will admit their faults and try to please their customer in hopes of gaining more customers. I would watch out for this place. Yes for some, things may work out but the dealings with unhappy customers says it all!
