I'm not sure if there's a tech that lives in cedar springs or if they were there for a service call. Either way, I was tailgated going 35 in a 25. It takes a certain kind of special needs to drive like that in a company truck. I hope the rest of their techs weren't fathered by the same uncle dad as that clown.

They are pretty good at what they do, very busy, but do their best to get work done promptly, we've never had any real problems with them and having our equipment serviced.. Also, any time we have a truck broke down, They are quick to get a service truck dispatched to you..

Total scams specialist Ron Ward. I took a truck there to be fixed they had it for 3 weeks call and told me an estimate of $100 to $300 when I went to pay the bill the total cost was over $600. That not the bad part when drove the truck away and it broke down within with 5 mile they did not fix anything. When confronted they said bring it back and they will fix it right. Took it back they had it and additional 3 weeks and never looked at it, excuse after excuse when they would have it done. They play with your time and money but cannot deliver what they promise. STAY AWAY! I wish I could give 5 negative stars. I am reporting this place to the state of Michigan Licensed Repair Facilities. Now they had resorted to posting 5 star reviews of themselves.

I’ve been using Transport for years. Yes this place is a dump! Yes their customer service skills are lacking. Only 2 people that you can have an actual non stressful conversation with, joAnn and Ron the owner. Everyone else is either so severely stressed or don’t want to be there. You Must make an appointment to get your work done. You must set a completion date in advance and hold them to it. My stuff has always been done on time but be patient. Remember they are pretty much the cheapest hourly rates in GR @$75/ hr. But you also must know they charge pretty much 1 hr or $75 for each item regardless if it takes them 5 min or 50 min. Example a light bulb replaced $75 plus bulb cost. I know! I know! That’s ridiculous and it is. But that’s how they keep the hourly at $75, the overcharge on most everything. So really you’re not paying $75/hr probably more like $125 plus / hr. Also when it comes to charges like anything else get the estimate in writing or you will be unpleasantly surprised when you get your bill because it’s double what they told you. New policy is also in place, nothing leaves their lot without payment in full for cash customers. So be prepared to pay, even before you have a chance to try their work out. I’m sure this policy is in place because they have a lot of customers that are unhappy with their work. Next, Greg is overworked and majorly stressed. His people skill are lacking already but with the added stress he’s become a difficult person to deal with. Oh sure he might be a nice guy but not in the work place. I miss Ron handling everything, but age will come a knocking and all good this come to pass, like the $45/hr I used to pay. In wrapping up I will continue to bring trucks in for repairs but get estimates in writing. Remember nowadays TRUST NO ONE! You will be taken advantage of by most everyone so plan on it. Everyone wants the best deal at the lowest price which is understandable but nothing’s free. Don’t loan money to Family or Friends and especially don’t trust any kind of repair service, they are out for themselves. Your Welcome!

I've been in the trucking industry for over 30 years. This facility has been there for my whole tenure. It's the same great service with upmost professional care. It's sometimes hard to get in & out of their parking lot but that's only because they're customer base is so big because of the quality service

This place deserves a 10. I was impressed we had our truck ac repaired here. Any other repair shop wouldn't have been so careful. You never left any grease or mud prints in our truck. You treated our truck and belongings in it with respect. I definitely will come back here again. Thank you transport repair, y'all are awesome. The bunk ac works great!!!

Some of the nicest, kindest, most skilled and professional people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They took care of both my truck and trailer with what seemed like lighting speed and delivered excellent results for a very fair price. The staff are all super friendly and welcoming. Maintenance problems and accidents are some of the worst days a trucker has, and when one of those days happened to me, this team really saved my day and helped me and my employer out a ton. Highly recommend.

A few months ago, we took our truck to Transport Repair for a differential seal leak (drive shaft line was disconnected) and while the initial service seemed satisfactory, some significant issues arose shortly after. Our drive shaft broke (bolts holding it broke), and upon investigation, we discovered that the old bolts were reused instead of being replaced, despite being billed for new ones in the invoice. This oversight not only led to another substantial repair but also resulted in our vehicle being towed, incurring additional costs and inconvenience. After discussing the matter directly with the owner of Transport Repair, we were presented with two options: a refund or free services equivalent to the repair cost. After careful consideration, we opted for the refund.Unfortunately, despite multiple attempts to follow up on this matter, we have not received the compensation promised. Both Molly and Brooke indicated on several occasions that the check had been mailed (never was), only for us to later learn that we needed to be home to receive it (they knew we were out of the country). Regrettably, we have experienced a lack of communication since then, as our emails have gone unanswered. Given the circumstances, we feel compelled to pursue legal action through small claims court to recover the funds owed to us, as it seems that Transport Repair has not been forthcoming in resolving this matter.

Molly and Abby are awesome. I didn't catch the mechanic's name but he was extremely thorough. Explain things properly. Didn't rush and I truly appreciate that type of business. They make sure you're fully aware and have your truck available for you in a timely manner. I will keep this particular place as my go-to truck repair service
