I’m so happy someone referred me to B&R. I have been twice, the first time they told me I don’t need nearly the amount of work the previous mechanic estimated. And the work that I did need B &R charged me a good chunk Less than I was previously estimated. The second time I came in for a tuneup because I figured I was due for one. Ben checked my car over and told me I don’t need a tuneup. I asked him to top my oils off, and when I picked up my car I wanted to give him a tip but he refused to take it. Feel so blessed to have an honest mechanic. I usually have to wait a few days before they can see my car. But it’s worth the wait.

I was really in a bind when my van broke down. My son had critical dr appointments that was imperative that he keep. B & R Automotive was so nice and helped me out by working my van in between other appointments. They were so friendly and nice to work with. I highly recommend them.

One of the best mechanic shops I have ever been to. Ben, owner, has been doing my vehicle maintenance on all my cars for last 10 years. I trust him in his assessments and his estimates. I never feel like he’s up charging me or taking advantage. He has always been fair on cost but top level on service. I put him to the test. My Cadillacs Escalade ESV Platinum transmission went out while assessing the issue found engine needed attention. Just got it back and it’s the best this thing has ever ran. Engine is more powerful and smooth it’s ever been. HIGHLY recommend!!

B&R Automotive was recommended to me by Merl’s towing when my car’s transmission had a timing issue while driving, stopped running, and I was stranded on the road. I had never used them before, and I have to say they are the best repair shop I have ever used. They had great customer service, updated me on the complex repair, and the costs along the way. I was lucky to have an extended power train warranty (which helped a lot with cost) and they did all the work collaborating with the warranty company to make sure I could get the best replacement engine possible. I can tell everyone who works at B&R Automotive cares about every repair, and that their customers are happy and safe on the road! My remanned engine is running better than the previous one ever did. All 3 of their mechanics are fun and full of personality, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and always working to get repairs done and on to the next. They're like 10 Stars.. They go above and beyond They are honest and knowledgeable with cars. They care about you. They take time and teach you what is wrong with your car, if anything. They take time for you and call you as soon as your car is done. Services and repairs are affordable. When finish with the service, they give you recommendations what needs to be done with your car, if anything. If they're busy, they will fit you in to the first opening in their schedule that comes up. I would highly recommend this place.

B and R auto has been my family’s place to go to for years. Over 30 years I’d say. This is the second engine they put in for me. I can honestly say that I only trust them to work on my vehicles. They don’t try to up the prices either. They are pretty fair and reasonable. They work extremely hard to get your car back on the road for you. My engine needed to be replaced and they found one that had extremely low miles at a very reasonable price. I can’t even tell you how happy i am to have my car back and running. Thank you B and R for all that you do. I needed to come make an edit because after i got my car back after having a new engine put in the mother board went out and my car lost power steering and many other functions. I drove my car to the garage and they fixed it for me. They also noticed a swat bar in the back is broken. They got me on the schedule to fix it. My car runs like it’s brand new. I couldn’t be more happy admit the service i received from here. They were able to get my car done in a timely fashion. I can honestly see why their parking lot is full of cars. They do great work and are very trustworthy and they know what they are doing. I’ll never bring my vehicles to anyone else.
