My experience was awesome! They treated me with respect and like I mattered. I wasn't just another job for the day. They truly cares about how I felt and what I needed to get back on the road. Jeff kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle, and ensured me that they would complete the job before leaving even though the shop had closed. With the work and effort they put forth to do the job, I thought for sure there would be additional charges for their time and labor. But when I asked Jeff, he said no. The price he quoted is what it will be. No hidden charges, and no surprises! I think we all have heard the horror stories of going to a shop for car repair. As a 43 yr old mechanic myself, and never before ever taking a vehicle to any shop for repair, I was very uncomfortable and nervous. But Jeff put me at ease and made me feel I had nothing to worry about. I can't speak for other shops. But as for Meineke, I trust them with my truck, and plan to return for other things. Thank you all for your awesome work and customer service.

Some confusion on when vehicle repair was done. Got notice on email and text that vehicle was done when it wasnt. New software program has bugs to be worked out I was told. Otherwise would have got 5 stars. Workmanship and time done was great, price was competitive . I will continue to use Meineke Cutlerville.

wish i could give this place 0 stars or even negative stars. just trying to save someone else from taking their car there. DONT DO IT!!! ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS SCAM. the shop before that was here closed down due to scamming and this shop is the EXACT same. quoted me more than i paid for the car for repairs. didn’t tell me i could only pay over the phone till 20 mins before closing time and i like 20 mins away. it’s in their time and it’s only in their interest of making money and scamming women. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN

Spent thousands of dollars to go over my vehicle with a fine tooth comb and to make necessary repairs. Things that they supposedly fixed and or replaced malfunctioned within a couple of months after they supposedly fixed. Still having ongoing problems and new things breaking due to them, not properly repairing other broken parts on my vehicle.

I was enlightened by the staff that some previous repairs were actually not repaired. The cost for them was quite expensive and now I need to have it done with more cost but I am confident that the staff at the Se Division location in Grand Rapids/ Cuttlerville Michigan will get it done properly. They did an oil change currently as i need to save up the money for the other repairs. Sad news that I was taken advantage of good news it will be taken care of.

The people working at this shop are great, friendly, and make you feel like they truly care about your vehicle frustrations. They were honest with me on their thoughts on what is going on and quoted me significantly less than the dealership for the exact repair. They did not push/sell repairs and actually remarked that I could wait a while for certain findings. I originally took my vehicles there just for oil changes but now they’ve done plenty of larger jobs. Will definitely recommend! Angela

I brought my 2022 VW Passat to Meineke after purchasing it from Carvana because my oil light came on and I was hearing a hissing noise when accelerating. While the staff was friendly and got my car in fairly quickly, my overall experience was frustrating and inconsistent. If they found that the car was just simply missing oil, and that the hissing sound I was hearing might’ve been caused by a cracked window. After I insisted and took a test drive with the mechanic, they finally heard the noise I was describing. However, I was told it was just the turbo engine’s normal sound, which later turned out to be incorrect — another shop later confirmed it was a turbo leak that was causing the issue all along. On a positive note, the front desk staff were polite and patient while dealing with my warranty company, SilverRock. They also communicated openly about what they found (or didn’t find). I appreciated that transparency even if the diagnosis wasn’t accurate. The downside was the lack of thoroughness in diagnosing the issue and the missed opportunity to catch a real mechanical problem early. It cost me extra time, stress, and multiple trips to other shops to finally get it resolved. In short: Meineke was professional in customer service but fell short on mechanical accuracy. If you have a European vehicle like a VW, I’d recommend finding a shop that specializes in those models — it could save you a lot of back and forth.

Extremely disappointed with my service here. When I initially took my jeep in it felt like they were asking me what the problem was because they weren't confident in their mechanics skills. I'd say keep looking. I wasted 1000 just for them to fix an issue that's commonly associated with my jeeps symptoms instead of actually being able to diagnose the real issue. They didn't offer to actually fix the issue, but wanted to try to overcharge me to probably misdiagnose my jeep again because they aren't knowledgeable in what they do. Update: Meineke did in fact misdiagnose my jeep again. They claimed i needed a new intake manifold to correct my engine misfire so I bought one and brought it to a different shop. Only to find out right from the getgo my jeep DID NOT need a new intake manifold. The issue was minor and only cost 300$ to fix opposed to the 1300 meinke wanted to charge me on top of the 900 it took to get it out of their shop. I will be reporting this incident with my receipts and reports. What happened was absolutely not ok and I was severely ripped off. Im telling you, stay far away from this place if your car is having any sort of actual issue. Im pretty certain after asking around I'm not the only person this has happened to and be skeptical of the positive reviews listed on here.. what happened to me in not a common mishap that happens at a shop..

Cannot recommend this place enough! I accidentally came into the wrong location for my oil change appointment and Jeff still got me right in with no trouble. I also came in with a coupon for an oil change that was for more expensive oil than I needed, and Jeff was honest and got me a much cheaper price than I expected. When I requested a tire rotation, they determined it wasn’t needed and took the charge off for that as well. My father who normally does my car work also said the free inspection was one of the best he has ever seen. The honesty and willingness to help me out was so appreciated. I will definitely use this shop for all oil changes in the future and I have already sent multiple friends who have had just as great of experiences!
