I highly recommend this auto shop. My local Ford dealer’s service department was going to charge me twice what 456AutoFix ended up costing me. Hendrick quickly repaired only what was needed. I trust these guys.

I have a foreign vehicle. leos tirez by laffayette told me to give a call. I hesistated for a bit. For a few reasons . Anyways i gave them a call and just straight up they said they dont fix my type of situation on my type of vehicle. Hendrix reccomended that I go to the "auto care " around that area or anothe that he recomended . .and I just said ok thanks knowing by chance they would give me a run around.. this company and leoa tires need to re evaulate how they work with they're customers. The people bring in good rating and good business. If u are not being nice or communicating well with People that give your business a chance thats fine. That goes for leos tires as well. Just because he couldnt communicate well and was very rude after i brough my business to him once and recomended it And wanted to come bring more business back. You FOLKS have a grear day. . . .🚩👑

A+ customer service and pricing. My wife had an issue with her car, and not only were they fast with the repairs, they didn't charge an arm and a leg for unnecessary repairs. Very honest and that is very hard to find these days.

Hendrick is a great mechanic. Service was professional, timely and competitively priced. Give yourself a week out to schedule a time for your car to be worked on, they are definitely busy. I would highly recommend 456 Auto Fix!

Had my oil separator replaced in my Audi s7. Hendrick was awesome to work with. He was able to get me in much sooner then anywhere else in Grand Rapids. His hourly rate was more than reasonable. This was my first time coming to 456 and I will definitely be coming back for maintenance and other repairs in the future.

I met the young man who owns the shop about 5 years ago. I had a flat he fixed it and wasn't even interested in charging He's like an old man from long ago who is so skilled and knowledgeable and very considerate. When you come here be prepared for someone that's going to be honest and very efficient

I had several shops tell me they couldn’t see me for over a week, then found 456 Auto Fix and they took me in right away. They fixed my windshield wipers quickly and without any hassle. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind… and they even insisted I didn’t pay. Its rare to find such good people AND great service these days. I’ll be referring everyone I know here!
