My parents went to Russ' before I was even born- they still go there today and my wife and I go there for everything. I don't have to worry about if the work is done right because they are very thorough and the pricing has always been great. Everyone that works there has always been really nice and caring. We have about 15 other choices by our house and we still take the time to bring our vehicles 20 minutes away to Russ'.

So I had some issues with my car, and my friend Stacey said try these guys they worked on her cars, her family's cars, and another friends car. I made a appointment, and didn't even get threw a breakfast out and they helped me make sure my car was in good condition to travel after I had a slide off, and I had issues after tow truck yanked my car out. Between all the people i asked, I'd say they gave me the same fast friendly service everyone else got. So Thanks to the all the Guys!

I worked with Bill on getting a second opinion about a $2,500+ repair estimate from a local dealership. Bill’s honest opinion was that none of the work needed to be done. He spent an hour on my car and follow up conversation with me and did not charge me ANYTHING! When I do need work done, he will get a call. It’s rare these days to find such an honest person! I’m grateful for his advice and would recommend Russ’s Auto without hesitation!!

Was in a wreck, and it didn't seem salvageable. These guys didn't sugar coat it and said there was a possibility I could've screwed my engine up, but they'd do the best they could. They got everything fixed and I just have to get comfortable that my car won't overheat. Being a prospective used car buyer, I wanted to exercise prudence and take it to a mechanic to evaluate. I did just that, and sent it to Russ's to look at. As it turns out, while the car overall looked decent enough and reportedly had no problems, Russ's found out this wasn't remotely the case. They did a thorough evaluation and found the underbody was all but totally compromised and even dangerous! Even went so far as to take it for a test drive, and give a full writeup of the car.... all FOR FREE. Unbelievable! I would have been happy to wire money for the evaluation, but they declined. Needless to say these people saved me $1000s on a car that would have likely been a lemon to own due to the general negligence, all for free. Six stars out of five for service. I wouldn't expect free evaluations but even so, they quoted me $20-40 which is more than reasonable and easily undercuts anyone local.

Absolutely amazing customer service and service . When those super cold days last week hot, my starter went out . The guy who takes all the calls (Ken?) was super nice . They were able to get my car in the day it broke down! Normally I have to wait 10-12 days for other mechanics to even look at it . Was fixed within 2 days of my phone call . They showed me my old part , along with the new. I was able to talk to the me mechanic who was the one who fixed it , was able to ask if he noticed anything else that caught his eye that might need attention. They kept saying “ if it was my car, I would..” they actually ended up saving me money because of their honesty . Hats off to the crew there. To me I would rather pay a little more for my car to be fixed asap. Instead it was less than I expected and it was done faster than any car shop I have dealt with in the past 15 years. Highly recommend

I’m new to the area, My cars battery died, I changed it and realized that there was more to it than the battery, I had work that evening and called about 20 repair shops in the area and was turned down by almost all of them telling me the soonest they could fit me in is 2 weeks. Even though Russ’s was very busy all day they made the time to work on my car and got it repaired by the end of the day! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Trustworthy and Honest and phenomenal work! I will never go anywhere else! Highly Recommend!

The owner was clearly proud of the fact that he's the 3rd generation of operators! They have me the best price quote of the 3 garages that I consulted and met their quote! Complete suspension overhaul (with the parts I bought) and 100k maintenance. 2 weeks after and I'm very pleased with the results. Bare bones, blue collar atmosphere but they clearly know what they're doing. Highly recommend.
