hmmm, had a dead battery, called Zandee's, asked if they had batteries, said "yeah, for my customers" i replied " I'm a customer and had been. do you have one for my vehicle? "Yeah, i probably got something that'll fit, but I'm on break until 10:30." GREAT, don't really care when your break is. It's off to AutoZone...... thanks for the great customer service. see ya......

The phone customers services is the worst, I've tried several times to patronize this business being that is right up the street from where I live they never return phone calls like they promised and they are very very rude I don't know if it's the complexion that I have but I spend money like everyone else and lots of it so I'll take my hard earned money somewhere else.. You know it's a shame that thing's are still like that in 2015..Or maybe it can be just stupidity on their behalf. . Because as long as you have a few customers you don't need other's to keep your business striving. . I'll never call this place again two times and I've been humiliated by them..

I will never go here again. My car started making a noise after they so called fixed it. They wouldn't do anything about it and they did not honor their warranty. I guess they pick and choose which repairs they want to do properly. Don't be fooled by the good reviews. Buyer beware.

It seems evident to me that this 'Meagan' who supplied the overly whiny review in 2009 is VERY mistaken about Zandees. The reason so many of us keep bringing them business is that they deserve it: they are knowledgeable, patient, reasonable, and ethical in their service. Chad continues to manage things with an articulate, pleasant presence in the office, where many other auto repair businesses so often fall short. For the sake of accuracy, again, this criticism is wild and unrealistic. I can't recommend Zandee's enough.

I had a great experience. I am a neighbor and I broke down they were accomadating, patient, they managed to get my Truck fixed in a reasonable amount if time. I didn't feel like they were taking advantage of me being single and female. That's a huge relief. I highly recommend them to everyone. A Good local garage.
