Excellent, competent and fairly priced service. I brought in my Ford Transit to have valve extenders installed on my inner rear dual tires and what should have been a simple job ran in to complications , none of which were the fault of the technician, but were due to poor design by FOMOCO. Anyway it ended up taking more than an hour. Rather than soaking me for one hour of shop time, they just charged me what it would have had not the complications in design been there. Very fair folks. Would recommend to anyone.

Phenomenal customer experience. Jarrod assisted me in the morning with setting up a tire swap. The swap happened quickly, and i went to pick up the truck afterwards. I didn't specify exactly what I wanted, so it wasn't done exactly right. I told Jarrod this, and not only did he immediately get to work to fix it, but he didn't charge me an extra dime. Him and Cole were VERY fast and efficient. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a speedy and efficient tire change!

I have used Meekhof for a number of different services over the years - oil changes, full sets of tires, Winter tires, etc. - and have never been disappointed. The entire staff is always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Service is quick and affordable. Brandon has helped me out many times and is always upfront and honest and seems to be looking out for his customers. Great staff and quality service - an easy five stars.

Needing unexpected repairs done is super stressful, but their transparency and communication skills really keep that stress to a minimum. Just finished work and came out to find a flat tire. Called Meekoff Tire because they were the nearest location to me, and talked with Jordan who was super helpful. Long story short I got enough air in my tire to get to their location. Less than 10 minutes later Jordan had me taken care of and my tire was repaired for $20. Love it! Thanks Jordan and Meekoff Tire!!!

This new company who bought out MeekOff Tire 2.5 weeks ago is embarrassing. They do not acknowledge to long time standing customers of MeekOff that they are under new management, instead they lie and tell you “We got a new system and we are missing your profile” then after they told us to drop off our vehicle at 7am for an appointment set a week ahead of time, did not get a call back until 2:30pm. On top of that they claimed we needed new brakes, calipers, and rotors for front and back without even bringing our vehicle into the shop. When questioned WHY we needed all the extensive work. They could not explain to a licensed mechanic what the actual problems were. Only answer we received was “my technician said so. Then proceeded to try and charge us an inspection fee when we declined the work for $117.50. Absolute joke of a company.

Meekof does our fleet service. (so far we have one truck;-) A couple of oil changes. Done quickly and professionally. But what really brought me to add a review was low tire pressure. I stopped in to top off the tires and the service department went out of their way to help. Not that air is a big deal, but service is. If they do the little things with this much attention to the customer, I'll be certain to bring them the big things as well.

This afternoon my tire picked up a sharp piece of metal and it was quickly losing air. Fortunately, I wasn't far from Meekhof Tire. I explained to Chad my situation and he walked outside to inspect the tire. I also explained I had appointments scheduled this afternoon and needed the vehicle back as quickly as possible. He said he would get to it as quickly as possible but it may take up to 2 hours. I'm happy to say my vehicle was returned to me in about an hour. 👋👋. Great customer service Chad! This is the second time in the last year I've needed Meekhof to repair a tire and both times I've experienced great customer service. There is a statement hanging in the waiting area about what the customer means to this business and they truly "walk the talk." Keep up the good work guys

I cannot thank Mike and the team at Meekoff Tire enough! After a break-in left my car damaged, they took care of everything—glass, window repairs, and getting me back on the road. Mike stayed in touch with me through calls and texts, keeping me updated every step of the way. They came in under estimate for pricing, and even offered me a loaner car at no charge. What started as a terrible, unfortunate situation was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism, kindness, and communication. I’m incredibly grateful!

Had an issue with a sey of Yokohama TY517 Mc2. Yokohama had a recall on them and was told to get with the dealer. 1st issue was the end of last year when 2 were replaced, and they gave me extra credit. At the time, no one knew about the February 2024 recall. This time, I got the other 6 tires. They weren't 3 years old, showing dry roting just close to the bead. I replaced them because of safety. After the dealership said they weren't on recall. I asked about the roting. They said they could put them in for warranty. That was middle April. As of the beginning of June. No one called. Tell me what was going on. I've called there and Yokohama customer service. They said they would call me back. No one has called me back. I'm now getting a full bill and have to pay it. Beware of failure in communications and not getting the proper information from this dealer. With air on truck. Without air off truck. Big difference. It ran all the way around the bead. It was very questionable, and would it fail on the road. 3 weeks later. I was told about the change of management/owner. Then they informed me that they would call about the issues. I'm still waiting for the call. I do know the information that I was given about the warranty was incorrect. They said I changed the tires too soon. The rotting was normal. (It's up to DOT to make that decision if it's bad enough to be put OUT OF SERVICE. ) So if it's the same commercial tire writer from Meekhof still working there. I don't have any confidence in his communication or knowledge of the products there selling. The other problem is the information on my bill. Nothing other than the tire brand. The other 2 tires I turned in at the end of last year. Are in question because of wear. At that time I was told by Yokohama and them. There was no issue or recalls when I asked. The recall was from the beginning of 2024. So, no one ever looked. That's why we go to home town tire shops. So we will get a courtesy call from a local business. To many failures and no communications to the customer. You be the judge on the business.

My wife had a flat tire and was able to pull into a gas station. She was bringing her mother to an important medical appointment at the time. I arranged an Uber to take her and her mom to the appointment on time, but the van was left in the gas station lot. I called Bauer Built and explained the situation. They had a technician go to the gas station, remove, and replace the tire, all before my wife got back after the appointment. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to help out in this situation.

The only way this business currently has 4.6 stars is because almost all of the reviews are for Meekhof Tire. I went in to get snow tires put on a set of steel wheels, I brought the tires and wheels in so they didn’t have to drive my car or take the time to put it up on a lift, remove the wheels, put them back on and torque all four corners. First impression the individual that was at the “service” counter has poor customer service. He told me to unload the wheels at a certain door and said it would be open. It was not and had to go bad and ask to get the door open. I then proceeded to unload the tire myself until an employee offered to help. When I went to pay he said it was $170…and since I didn’t want to take the old tires with me it would be an additional $20. So $190 total… once again the “customer service” individual was not friendly or outgoing. This time when I reloaded the wheels/tires no one was around to help. I had wheels swapped in the spring when it was still Meekhof tire and it cost $130. Needles to say I will not go back.ever. Today when I had to have my snow tires swapped on a different car I went to Discount Tire on Alpine. My experience with Discount Tire on Alpine was night and day different. And the kicker, it was $100 bucks out the door! Their waiting room was nice with snack and beverages and the staff seems happy, very outgoing and polite. I will be recommending to all I know to not use Bauer built tire and to use the Discount Tire on alpine.
